Have been an exclusive customer with Edgewater for 3 years. Up until about 4 mths ago, highly…read moreprofessional and responsible. Now unfortunately the service is unreliable and the back off staff is inconsiderate and rude. Have been dealing with a gas heater repair from early January. Despite multiple calls to check on the status of the part which were all met with "we do not view tell the mail", I come to find out the replacement part sitting at another facility for weeks. No apology but simply an under-experienced heater tech replacing the so called broken part. Two days later the pool was still not getting warm and the heater tech came back out and told us that "we didn't know how to run the equipment." The rude nature of the discourse caused to to place several calls to Colton and his "assistant" with no call backs. We are on 2nd messages to Colton directly and 3 messages to Kat with not so much as an email. We have very luckily found Pool Troopers and they diagnosed the problem and had the heater fixed in 2 days. The pictures of the broken part is attached. Edgewater charges for incomplete repair service to keep ratcheting up home calls. Be very careful how much they charge. We are filing a complaint to the BBB and Collier County to make sure no one else gets the run around.
