Nobody answers the phone when you call and it may take days for a return call (I realize the hurricane may have backed them up, but how hard is it to return a call)? When I recently advised them to cancel my service at the end of the month (prepaid monthly), they just stopped servicing in the middle of the month! Imagine my surprise coming back to town and finding a green/yellow pool! That's not acceptable, but justified my decision even more.

Although he initially agreed to reimburse me through small installment payments, he stopped making payments before repaying what he owed. I ultimately had to spend more than three times the original cost to have the pool properly repaired by a qualified contractor. Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to thoroughly verify licensing and do their research first.
