I built the renovation and construction division for the business. After building the empire for them they terminated my employment and have breached the following statute of the State of Florida: 448.045 Wrongful combinations against workers.--If two or more persons shall agree, conspire, combine or confederate together for the purpose of preventing any person from procuring work in any firm or corporation, or to cause the discharge of any person from work in such firm or corporation; or if any person shall verbally or by written or printed communication, threaten any injury to life, property or business of any person for the purpose of procuring the discharge of any worker in any firm or corporation, or to prevent any person from procuring work in such firm or corporation, such persons so combining shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. History.--s. 1, ch. 4144, 1893; GS 3515; RGS 5401; CGL 7542; s. 983, ch. 71-136; s. 165, ch. 97-103. Note.--Former s. 833.02. Colton Rodricks and Corey Johnson hired Huy Jacobs P.A. to send me a notice that they would "file a restraining junction to not allow me to work in Collier and Lee Counties of Florida". Must be nice to have such great help build you an empire and then use the courts to keep the market from being fair, and also keeping former employees from feeding their families as well as pay their bills. By doing so they have also violated the following FTC trade agreement: Federal Trade Commission section 5: unfair or deceptive acts or practices notates: Unfair Acts or Practices An act or practice is unfair where it * Causes or is likely to cause substantial injury to consumers, * Cannot be reasonably avoided by consumers, and * Is not outweighed by countervailing benefits to consumers or to competition. Public policy, as established by statute, regulation, or judicial decisions, may be considered with all other evidence in determining whether an act or practice is unfair. It is unfair to assume that your clients reaching out to a local business that has either A. hired a prior employee of your firm, or B. is a firm that was created by a former employee, to gain services. Should anyone wish to see the notice sent to me by Huy Jacobs P.A., feel free to reach out to me and I will provide you with the written notice. read more

Edgewater is a full service pool company. In addition to their wonderful work in keeping our pool and filters clean, the service and maintenance area puts them in the top spot of the major leaguers. Jorge Peraza, our regular weekly pool cleaner is the best! He is very kind and attentive and never misses a thing. Separately, Dan and Nick have done great work on our pool's many working parts. The new heater works great and Nick worked with Pentair to get us a new salt filter under guaranty from Pentair. Edgewater is the best pool service company we have used because it has been the only full/service company. Thank you Edgewater! read more

We did a thorough investigation of pool maintenance service companies. As we wanted to make sure we had good service as well as personnel we felt comfortable leaving our estate open to. Edgewater's owner Colton Roddick met with us and answered all of our concerns. The professional assigned to our home is Rey. He is an astounding person. He works quickly, thoroughly, professionally, takes pictures of the pool and physical site before he departs and when I am out of town talks to me through our security cam. They only have 5 stars rating but Rey is a 6 ...or 7 !!!!! read more

I have been a customer of Edgewater Pools since I purchsed my home in June of 2020. I have had them convert the pool to a salt water system and upgrade the in the pool lighting. They also installed the iAqua Link so all the information and controls are on my iPhone or iPad. I have dealt mainly with Joey and he has been outstanding in his advice and service. The technicians who have come to the house to make the changes listed above have been very professional, knowledgeable and also on time. I recommend Edgewater Pools to my neighbors. Tom W. We now have Alex as our tech and he has been great as well. The pool always looks wonderful and they have always addressed any issue we may have in a timely matter. Would recommend! read more

We have had our pool in Naples serviced by multiple companies and none come close to Edgewater pools & spa. From catching snakes in our pool to water leaks, they do it all. For 3.5 years Mr. Martinez has done his job efficiently and effectively while respecting our request to always wear masks when any of his team is on our property. It's the small things that keep a customer for the long run. Thanks to a great team read more

Edgewater Pools is punctual (and in SWFL that's unheard of), and extremely professional. I had a bad pump and after two weeks, my previous company contacted me and told me it would be ANOTHER week Before they could get out to fix it. I called Edgewater and Corey swung by and had a pump installed that same day! I cannot recommend Edgewater Pools enough. Now my dogs have a pool to swim in again! read more

Had an issue with our salt system- my current company was running it as a chlorine pool for the six months I was up north. Edgewater came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and found that it had been a bad cell. They replaced it and switched over service and they're equally impressive. Very impressed with the level of service they provide! read more
