Now unfortunately the service is unreliable and the back off staff is inconsiderate and rude. Have been dealing with a gas heater repair from early January. Despite multiple calls to check on the status of the part which were all met with "we do not view tell the mail", I come to find out the replacement part sitting at another facility for weeks. No apology but simply an under-experienced heater tech replacing the so called broken part. Two days later the pool was still not getting warm and the heater tech came back out and told us that "we didn't know how to run the equipment." The rude nature of the discourse caused to to place several calls to Colton and his "assistant" with no call backs. We are on 2nd messages to Colton directly and 3 messages to Kat with not so much as an email. We have very luckily found Pool Troopers and they diagnosed the problem and had the heater fixed in 2 days. The pictures of the broken part is attached. Edgewater charges for incomplete repair service to keep ratcheting up home calls. Be very careful how much they charge. We are filing a complaint to the BBB and Collier County to make sure no one else gets the run around.

He was kind and patient with all my texts and questions throughout the process. He texted to check on our satisfaction following the refilling of the pool. He is young, but extremely professional (beyond his years). Although Sebastian does not service pools in our area, he gave me helpful feedback that helped us to recognize areas where we were being overcharged. He did not attempt to influence us to make a change in our service, but when I asked for a recommendation, he offered one. Thanks to Sebastian, we are saving money each month. And he charged us half of what the other company quoted us for the acid wash. Because no one can guarantee to remove every stain (without completely resurfacing), it was a hard decision to spend so much money. But because he offered a more reasonable price and was confident he could considerably improve the pool's appearance, we decided it was worth the risk to try. And we're very glad we did. I would say that the surface is 75-80% improved in its appearance. It looks clean again. And the grout turned out beautiful. (We bought our home from someone who had maintained the pool themselves and apparently didn't keep the chemicals balanced properly, which led to the discoloration of the surface over time.) I'm glad we found Sebastian and would have hired him in a NY minute to service our pool if we were in his service area. We were very impressed with him; his professionalism and his helpfulness even beyond the work he was hired to do for us.
