Jeff Wilson Pool Service is second to none. They have done a great job maintaining our pool for almost 20 years. Our large pool is open air and they keep it sparkling. The tech that takes care of our pool keeps it clean and advices us if there are any concerns with equipment, water level, pool light, etc. When we needed to re surface our pool, we used Jeff Wilson Pool Service and they did a magnificent job. I can't understand a pool cleaner that defends leaving a pool dirty. Been using this service since 2018. It was $100 monthly and our Pool was always left sparkling clean by Ivan, who always goes above and beyond. This week and when he's on vacay, and when he isn't available, a supervisor named Kirby has left my pool completely dirty with leaves in it. They say my service, which has doubled to $200 a month, doesn't include vacuuming every week, so leaves in the pool is acceptable, according to their manager Colby. Ivan has always left a sparkling pool w/o leaves so I sent pics of the dirty Pool w debris, leaves and a film on top, and they all continued to argue with me that it's acceptably clean by their standards. And so when i ask what does the $200 pay for today? They say that he did it, all in less than 5 min. I still don't know what he actually did. But They certainly know how to argue. I just want my Pool clean. I gave up. I shouldn't have to be trying to prove, like a lawyer, that the Pool is not clean, and they shouldn't be defending a dirty Pool. It's very simple. It's just Pool cleaning. Leave it clean. They've made it clear they don't value my $200 as a customer because They will always find other newbies that will pay that and more, and so I hope I can find a Pool service that sends someone that actually cleans the pool, more than the 5 min he took to turn the pool on and will actually leave it clean w/o debris, dirt, leaves. We have had the same issues as several of the other "one star" ratings. Algae ! I've talked with their general manager twice about this but nothing has happened to remedy the problem. He has stated he will have one of his "team leaders" look at it . Nothing has happened. Further, they just levied a 30 PERCENT INCREASE in rates. Jeff Wilson has been maintaining our pool for well over a year and besides being one of the most expensive pool companies they have done a terrible job the last two and a half months. We have had a algae problem for over the last months. They shocked it numerous times yet the algae kept coming back. They would constantly make appointments to remedy the situation but none would show up. They also don't have the courtesy to call and say that they could not make the appointment. I finally took a water sample to Pinch a Penny who analyzed the water and they told me there was no chlorine in the water. They had me add chlorine and stabilizer situation solved. We are getting a new pool service. Let's see if they refund our money for the second half of the month? read more

We paid for their Premium service, which was supposed to vacuum our pool at every visit. That has never happened. This last visit the tech spent less than 5 minutes and did nothing except use a net to remove some leaves. He didn't even bother to clean out the skimmer. read more

Two stars in Yelp is "Meh. I 've experienced better," which isn't exactly correct because this company was taking care of the pool when we bought the house in Naples and has been in charge of it since then, so we have no comparison. The service has not been great and we are considering a new service. When looking for pool services near Naples on Yelp, there were few evaluations, so we are adding this one while looking for a new provider. The company seems to be having some problems with management and service for the last six months. Billing has been sporadic and inconsistent to the point where we are concerned about tracking the payments because they don't seem to be properly tracking things. More importantly, although we've paid them to install some very nice systems into the pool and pay for weekly cleaning, servicing, and chemical control ... the pool water quality has been so poor that we haven't been able to swim on most days for the last six months. We've heard mostly good things about Jeff Wilson pool service and hope that they can pull things back together, but may look for another service. read more

Customer Services leaves a lot to be desired. Jeff Wilson Pool has been providing weekly services for about 2 years now and their services is getting worse. I pulled out my water filter to find out it hasn't been cleaned in months. I email their rep and they kept on saying that i was wrong and the they have been cleaning the filter every month. I asked them to bring a supervisor to meed with me and to look at the condition of the filter to see if they have really been cleaning the filter, they said one was coming, but never showed up. They kept arguing with me until i told them, i really don't need your approval, i know how a monthly cleaned filter looks like and how my filter currently looks. I don't need you to agree with me, i can just cancel your services and go with someone else with better customer services, you are not the only pool service company in Naples. read more

They maintain our current pool and also serviced the pool at our previous home. Service shows up consistently each week and keeps our pool looking great! They are quick to show when unexpected problems occur. They also converted our pool to a new Saltwater system. I maintained my own pool in Maryland. We have been using Jeff Wilson Pool Service for less than a month and have had nothing but issues with our pool water. We have three rental homes and people expect the pools to be clean and not green and full of algae. Since they took over our service, two of our pools have had issues every week. The pools keep turning green, and what is the most frustrating part is the technicians do not communicate this information to you. On a Friday, with renters at the home, the pool was completely green, and the technician just shocked it and left. No follow up or call to us regarding the fact that it was green, nor why. It took numerous phone calls to get a technician back out Monday, and not until Wednesday was the pool usable. They also put no effort into their cleanings, they left another pool full of surface debris,, telling us it was not the week to do this type of cleaning. They take no pride in their work. Different technicians each week with no consistency whatsoever. No feedback or communication, and the last straw is the absolute rude women who answer the phones at the office, they are rude, nasty and condescending. When you are frustrated with the situation, they make it ten times worse with their nasty attitudes. Not one of them is actually nice. STAY AWAY FROM JEFF WILSON POOLS! read more

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. We hired them based on them being in business for 30yrs. A complete disaster from the beginning of service. We actually had to fire them after the first 30days of service...or should I say lack of service. The first incident had to do with my water features not working correctly and almost having no flow. They tell me it's because I need a new filter. I explain the filter is less than a year old and just needs to be rinsed. Funny....there were never any flow issues before they started their services. Next we came back from vacation and noticed the water level was extremely low. I checked the service card and noticed they had been there 2 days ago. So I had to fill the pool (with the $20 timer they made me purchase). Second incident goes back to the water flow issue again and them continually trying to up sell you things you don't need. 2 days after the water level, I noticed the pump was barely running (this goes back to the water flow issue). Trying to prove their point about the filter, they deliberately sabotaged my pump, slowly the flow to a crawl making the solar heater and water features not work. Unbelievable! When confronted with their tactics, they played it off. I fired them on the spot. They are shady and unscrupulous. STAY AWAY FROM JEFF WILSON POOLS!!!! These guys are a complete rip off and I'm contemplating legal action with them deliberately sabotaging my pump. I wonder how many other people they've screwed this way? read more

We have been using Jeff Wilson for 12 years and have been nothing but pleased with the weekly service, billing, and when you need to speak to management they are always quick and very responsive. We have an original Old Naples home near the beach with a low lying uncovered pool which sometime cause challenges. The have been miracle workers. They have my back. And my pool sparkles.
