The small nature of the project was not a deterrent for Franco. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and within a day or two we were discussing design options for our project. He listened carefully to our vision and lined up his crew and a specialty sub-contractor to make everything happen. We had a very tight deadline - and when parts did not arrive on time - Franco went the extra mile (literally) and drove to Miami to pick up the materials required to complete the job by the deadline date. We would highly recommend Franco Residential Services.

People always say, "it's not what you know, it's who you know," and after this experience, I couldn't agree more. Having the right person in your corner makes all the difference, and we were incredibly lucky to have Pat guiding this project from start to finish. Accurate was very acomodating and squeezed me into their schedule. I was so impressed that they are my new preferred vendor. I own two condos and have been able to interact with several of their techs, who have all been knowledgeable, timely and pleasant. In case you didn't know, some hvac companies give bonuses to techs for selling parts or whole new AC units, but Accurate does not! This gives me a level of comfort that I won't waste money getting unnecessary work done on my unit. I did purchase their service contract because it is affordable and helps to ensure that the unit is maintained and clean. I would recommend checking into it. I usually order filters online because big box stores don't stock my size, but ran out last month. I stopped into Accurate's office on Marco to see about buying one. Not only was one of the owners there and very friendly, they stocked my special order size - and they were a much better quality than I had and at a very fair price. Thanks Accurate!
