Our decision followed meetings with multiple other contractors. What first stood out about Avenue Home Design and Build first was that Daniel truly listened to us and our concerns on the first meeting. As we ask questions and told him our desires, Daniel listened, and he would ask us questions to make sure he understood. And more importantly, he offered his own professional opinion in the most polite way and shared his knowledge and experience to help guide us to make our project the best it could be. Daniel's advice to us was always professional and objective. And it became clear to us that Daniel and his company have extensive experience in various contracting jobs. In addition, They were punctual: they started the job when they said they would start it, and they worked continuously to finish the job on time. We always felt like our job was their top priority. Even more important is that their completed work for us was stunning! Avenue Home Design & Build exceeded our expectations in every way and Daniel has earned our trust. I value his opinions and he is now my first call for any home renovation job, large or small. We are currently looking to re-hire Avenue Home Design and Build for a larger project based on our recent positive experience with them. We have nothing but good things to say about Daniel and Avenue Home Design and Build!

We were advised that that never happened because it "cost too much" for those items. damage was done to the sprinkler system they were working on of billing of over $700.00 which again was costly to the homeowner. they just did whatever they wanted. We were advised that that was because they could not install what we wanted at $9200.00 after the fact in court. Labor costs were charged for an employee that was not there for the day charges were placed hand written on the invoices after the amounts and costs were approved and signed off on by the homeowner. were demanded for non receipted items that were not on any of the receipts for service.
