I was working with water company to prove i was addressing and wouldnt submit scope of repairs just an estimate with scope of fix auto fill. They charged a fortune for a substandard "fix" that wasnt anything like what i had originally. Before had a valve sticking that they said needed to be replaced for ~$700 and i found exact valve on Amaazon for $65. They used to have a great tech but he retired and the owner and staff are the worst possible. Do not use unless you like extremely costly service and terrible communications. Jim McDonnell

I would see the technician walk back to the pool empty handed most of the time . come back in five minutes and take off. Next I pleaded and paid more for better service/ chemicals whatever, their techs were just simply not capable of testing the pool and keeping it maintained properly. I had to clean filters myself . My experience was not good at all. BTW, I was adding chemicals behind the techs, they very well may be keeping the chemicals and doing some other work with them, that's not my business. What is my business is how they maintained the pool. Would not recommend them at all.

However, when come to the office manager, it is a different story. First of all, I got hold back fund by the mortgage company and need to have the pool equipment repaired. The office manager issued an invoice and greatly over stated that the pool must be closed until a missing screw of the main drain replaced and her company does not do this type of work. Why she issues a statement for things that her company does not do and nobody asked for? Secondly, she supposes to educate and explain to customers what is going on rather than throwing some harsh words to them. This is the first and I hope I never have to deal with her again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

He actually stayed over 30 min and told me everything A to Z that I needed to know. Before he left, he showed me the service panel on the side of the house and "if in an emergency, like water is shooting out of a broken pipe, press this 'service' button and it'll stop everything." Boy am I glad he showed me that, because there next day, I turned on the spa button and it started draining very quickly to who knows where?! I wondered what would happen if it drained completely and the drain pump would then suck air instead of water - would it have sort of like a heart attack?! I pressed the Emergency service button on the side of the house, and thankfully, the hot tub stopped draining. The owner of Pool Services Unlimited came by immediatley and explained something broke (he wasn't the original pool maintainer), and it shouldn't have been draining like that and it was good I pressed the Emergency button. That saved me mucho bucks! He then explained I needed a new something or other, and I was freaking out everything was going to cost a ton $. Luckily, his bookkeeper called me with just a hundred or so for I think they called it an actuator? I also bought a heater from them, because the previous owner took his old one with him. Anyway, it was inexpensive according to my Realtor, and it's been about 2 months now, and everything is working like a charm. Super pleased with these guys, and the pool cleaner that comes each week is the best - pool looks clean and great every week! Price is right, awesome quality, and invaluable experience. Top notch 5 stars!

Now unfortunately the service is unreliable and the back off staff is inconsiderate and rude. Have been dealing with a gas heater repair from early January. Despite multiple calls to check on the status of the part which were all met with "we do not view tell the mail", I come to find out the replacement part sitting at another facility for weeks. No apology but simply an under-experienced heater tech replacing the so called broken part. Two days later the pool was still not getting warm and the heater tech came back out and told us that "we didn't know how to run the equipment." The rude nature of the discourse caused to to place several calls to Colton and his "assistant" with no call backs. We are on 2nd messages to Colton directly and 3 messages to Kat with not so much as an email. We have very luckily found Pool Troopers and they diagnosed the problem and had the heater fixed in 2 days. The pictures of the broken part is attached.
