DO NOT USE this company.. they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had them…read morefully resurface my pool and convert it to a salt water pool. The entire time I never knew what was happening since they refused to communicate with me.. they finally finished but after that I set up a weekly cleaning and over the last 4 years they have without any warning, canceled my service and stopped coming for no reason at all even though they cash my checks and I have had to get my pool fully serviced by another company numerous times bc they let it get all green and moldy.. now their phone has been off the hook for the last few weeks and they never contacted me after hurricane Ian and have just left a 5 year customer hanging yet AGAIN.. they are the worst and Damien should be ashamed of himself for running such a horrible company and all his manager should be fired

After informing several people in management that my pool tech hardly ever showed up and when he…read moredoes show up he wouldn't check chemicals, he just throws in some chemicals and leaves.(I have 2 cameras in pool cage by the way)I've asked many times to for them to vacuum to no avail. I had to buy vacuum on Amazon and do it myself.(pic below of debris.) It took over 10 months for them to finally agree that I had a leak that was causing upward of 70,000 gallons per month. They kept blaming the auto fill even though I told them it was off. That would have made sense if my pool was always full or over filled, but it was always low. (I was filling manually since Feb just to prove it) I fired them in an email and that's when the owner Damian finally got involved and defended his staff by saying that they were great which would be awesome if it were true. Basically he made it seem like they haven't done anything wrong. Which would mean that I'm wrong. He didn't even try to keep me as customer, just removed me from route. Damian on Sept 27th promised he would send me a letter to submit to water company for credit and that's when I agreed to the discounted amount to fix leak, Steven came out a few days later and fixed it.(he, by the way is great) It is now October 10 and have not received letter and he won't respond to my emails. I of course have already received bill for fix and will send out as soon as I get letter.

After living with and dealing with a possible leak in our pool for nearly eight years I finally…read moremade a call to Red Rhino, and wow am I glad did. On the day of the appointment and on time, David and his "new hire" assistant arrived and quickly went to work with a myriad of tools and testing equipment. After drilling four small holes in the concrete and carefully listening, they found one leak and found the skimmer had a temporary fix from long ago, which was also leaking. With the leak found, within days Adrian arrived and made the repairs. And those repairs are solid. I went from putting in 100 gallons a day, due to the leak, to not having to put any water in. Imagine the energy savings, as we are on a well and have an R.O. system...which uses a lot of electricity to make the water. Great jobs guys! I have only one negative to report. When the pool light was removed during the inspection, the light bulb broke. Someone, from another company, came the next day to get the light bulb type and number...BUT I haven't seen them since. The pool light is still sitting on the pool deck. I highly recommend Red Rhino to repair pool leaks!
