However, when come to the office manager, it is a different story. First of all, I got hold back fund by the mortgage company and need to have the pool equipment repaired. The office manager issued an invoice and greatly over stated that the pool must be closed until a missing screw of the main drain replaced and her company does not do this type of work. Why she issues a statement for things that her company does not do and nobody asked for? Secondly, she supposes to educate and explain to customers what is going on rather than throwing some harsh words to them. This is the first and I hope I never have to deal with her again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was working with water company to prove i was addressing and wouldnt submit scope of repairs just an estimate with scope of fix auto fill. They charged a fortune for a substandard "fix" that wasnt anything like what i had originally. Before had a valve sticking that they said needed to be replaced for ~$700 and i found exact valve on Amaazon for $65. I would see the technician walk back to the pool empty handed most of the time . come back in five minutes and take off. Next I pleaded and paid more for better service/ chemicals whatever, their techs were just simply not capable of testing the pool and keeping it maintained properly. I had to clean filters myself . My experience was not good at all. BTW, I was adding chemicals behind the techs, they very well may be keeping the chemicals and doing some other work with them, that's not my business. What is my business is how they maintained the pool. Would not recommend them at all.

Now unfortunately the service is unreliable and the back off staff is inconsiderate and rude. Have been dealing with a gas heater repair from early January. Despite multiple calls to check on the status of the part which were all met with "we do not view tell the mail", I come to find out the replacement part sitting at another facility for weeks. No apology but simply an under-experienced heater tech replacing the so called broken part. Two days later the pool was still not getting warm and the heater tech came back out and told us that "we didn't know how to run the equipment." The rude nature of the discourse caused to to place several calls to Colton and his "assistant" with no call backs. We are on 2nd messages to Colton directly and 3 messages to Kat with not so much as an email. We have very luckily found Pool Troopers and they diagnosed the problem and had the heater fixed in 2 days. The pictures of the broken part is attached. Edgewater charges for incomplete repair service to keep ratcheting up home calls. Be very careful how much they charge. We are filing a complaint to the BBB and Collier County to make sure no one else gets the run around.

He sent two guys who got into the pool and checked everything -- even the lights. They used special equipment to listen for sounds of leaking water and eventually found a tiny leak near the skimmer. 100% recommended. And he offers a warranty too!

Nice family run business in Collier…read more Nassau did a great job building our pool back in 2009 and we were doing a passable job maintaining it ourselves. Then we started noticing a large amount of rust stains along our tile that weren't coming out so we finally broke down and decided to make a call to these guys and the owner/tech comes out the same day and 20 minutes later our 'rust stains' (it was actually algae) were gone. Awesome. I like that they don't have contracts you just pay one month ahead.. They have a referral program so tell them I sent you I can use a free month service
