I visited Batteries Plus today with a booked appt. I could not be more (positively) impressed. I was there to 'extend' my iPhone7 life, and they quickly and efficiently did just that! I received a new battery, and because I booked it got a $10 discount. I had researched this, and another provider required me to surrender my iphone, and go without for an extended period. The staff took me through my options, and we went ahead with the upgrade. What was fantastic was they did this while I waited (truthfully, not long), and turned a now reliable iPhone7 back to me in a short time. I couldn't believe how fast they completed, and they were so professional & polite, they apologized for my wait... I Managed Customer Service in my previous working life and I have to say how impressed I was with the Manager, and staff (at this location). I'm now a believer, and will be sure to be back... Thank you BP+!!! read more

Did not carry the battery i needed for my camera. Suggested I try their other store which was 30 mins away. read more

There is a tech who can help you select and install your battery. This is great for those small or hard to install batteries. This place always has those odd battery sizes you can't find. read more

My iPhone battery needed replacing, and Apple was unable to do the job because it was out of warranty. Apple directed my away from uBiF (basing on past work), so I decided to try Bulbs Plus/We Fix It which was only 5 minutes away from Coconut Point. The process was fast and easy, and Carlos said he would have done in 20 minutes (Apple and uBiF take at least 2 hours). Turns out, he is superhuman and finished the work in only 8 minutes! Phone is working as good as new, and the service even came with a 6-month warranty. I highly recommend them for any battery replacement needs. read more

Logan changed my battery which I picked up about 5PM and didnt use that night except to fully charge it. In the AM when it "woke up" the display came on and started flashing and turned 95% WHITE. I could not use my phone! When I brought it back that day, Logan told me "you must have dropped it" which I DID NOT DO,I DID NOT DROP MY PHONE that was in perfectly good working condition but low battery. He was very confrontational and kept saying "100% this is a dropped phone"! He was so rude that I told him I did not want to speak to him, but would speak to his coworker (guy with a ponytail) who was a little bit polite and not accusing me of dropping my phone! I brought in a perfectly good working phone with no cracks or abuse and came away with a BROKEN UNUSABLE PHONE and a horrible experience!! I had to go immediately to Best Buy and spend $800. on a new phone. Someone needs to deal with this Logan Tech as he is really a problem and does not know how to treat customers. No eye contact, confrotational, mumbles and is rude if and when he should be APOLOGIZING! read more

I bought a car battery with a 30 month warranty, the battery failed to hold a charge after 13 months, the vehicle alternator was checked out & found working properly. The two store employees Hunter & Mike tried to convince me that it's because I only "take short trips around town" I asked how do they know my driving habits ? A total run around, Mike kept raising his voice, I told him 4 times to lower his tone. He told me that we are talking in circles and that he knew batteries and I didn't? I did repeat that "the battery will not hold a charge, is it covered under the warranty or not"? Mike told me to "take it home and put it on a charger", I replied I do not own a charger! Mike in a rude voice said he would give it a full charge there and I would have to wait 2hrs for that to happen. My question was, after the full charge and the battery runs out again as I'm sure it will, who pays for the roadside service? The problem is not the car (as it was checked) it's battery sold to me, why am I being sent away to believe it's going to mirraculously change? The rudest people I have ever spoken to. I believe the battery was OLD STOCK that was off loaded to me. read more

I brought in my old lightbulb to this store and had an associate help me pick out the correct replacement bulb. I was assured by this associate I would be able to return the bulb if it wasn't the correct kind and didn't work. Well, the bulb did not work and I just tried to return it. The associate and manager both refused to let me return the bulb or give me store credit. What terrible customer service! They said one thing to get me to purchase the bulb and then refused to make good in their commitment. Be careful if you go to this store. They are not a quality establishment and should not be in business. Very poor customer service. read more

I was skeptical about having my sons iPhone repaired at this place, but they did an amazing job and were friendly for techies.

I own an 8 year old Mac Pro Notebook. The battery is shot. The Apple Store folks at Coconut Point (Estero) said it's too old for them so they sent me to Batteries Plus in Bonita Springs. I took it into Bat+ and they said they could order a new one and install it for $99 + tax. I explained I was leaving town in a week for the summer and they said 'no problem'.. we'll call you the second it comes in! A week passed and no call. I called them and they were clueless as to what I was talking about. They said a manager would call me back with some updated info. Again...NO CALL! The next day I called again and they said it would be another week. I explained I was leaving town for the season and that wouldn't work. They said... "Since it was special order, there would be NO REFUND"! After I talked to the original person I placed the order with, he said come on by and get your money back. The only consolation they provided me with was the standard CUSTOMER NO SERVICE line... "We're so sorry". That part I agree with... they are one SORRY place to do business! I got my refund and left town. In the interim, I ordered a brand new battery on line for $23.99... no tax and overnight delivery to my home up north for FREE! I found a simple 'how to install' vid (5 min.) on Youtube and installed the battery myself. I'm now up and running and a happy camper! I was willing to pay 4 times as much to get the item from BAT+ simply for the convenience of not having to deal with it myself... but when you're dealing with " CUSTOMER NO SERVICE" in Bonita Springs, FL... beware. Apparently you're just a minor inconvenience in their very busy day! I got my new battery and a lesson learned about where NOT to take my business. Hopefully this will save at least one unfortunate soul from the mess they put me through! read more

Best customer service! Came in thinking I needed new car remote battery but tech checked and found it was fully charged. Did a double check by coming out to my car with me and then gave me a helpful hint on how to keep the corrosion off the key which could have been the problem. No charge! read more

This review is regarding the portion of the business for fixing and replacing cell phone screens. I'm sure they are great at selling batteries and I think they should stick to that facet of the business. When repairing my cracked screen they left me with a phone that will not charge. Of course they except no responsibility for this. Needless to say I am very disappointed and would not trust them with another device. Save yourself the heartache and go to a store that specializes in screen repairs. read more

Thank you Dillion and Angel. Went in with my iPhone. My charger would not plug into my phone. Angel cleaned out the bottom part of my phone. Plugged it in and the phone started to charge. Angel said it was no big deal and didn't charge me. It was a big deal. This type of HONESTY is hard to find......he could have charged me anything. If I have any future phone issues I know an honest and reputable business. read more

Purchased a car battery in January 2016. Brought it back in July because it would not hold a charge. Was told by the manager that I had not properly maintained the battery, even though the car was driven daily until the end of May. Stated that the battery was too low to warranty and it would not charge. Exactly the reason that I returned it. Took the battery to NAPA where within 10 minutes is was determined that the battery had a dead cell and was basically junk. Purchased a battery at NAPA, went back to Batteries Plus to explain and never even got a reply from the manager. Customer service and battery knowledge is lacking at this location. read more
