10-Star Service at Platinum Coast Technology!…read more Platinum Coast Technology went above and beyond when working on my laptop! They took the time to explain everything, removed viruses, and charged extremely reasonable prices. I had previously gone to Geek Squad, and their pricing and inconsistencies were outrageous in comparison. A special shout-out to Joe and Dan for taking the time to explain the issues even after completing their work. They also went the extra mile to help me connect my Apple iPhone to my laptop. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, patience, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Platinum Coast Technology to anyone needing computer help. I'm genuinely surprised at how poor the management experience is at this location. I now actively…read moreavoid coming here because of Jasma. The level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service from someone in a leadership role is unacceptable--especially for a brand that prides itself on its in-store experience. What should have been a simple, exciting order pickup was turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily negative interaction entirely due to management. There was no ownership, no professionalism, and no effort to create even a baseline positive experience. What makes this worse is the contrast with the frontline staff. They were excellent--attentive, helpful, and clearly committed to delivering a great customer experience. The fact that they can consistently perform at that level without leadership modeling those behaviors is telling. They're operating in spite of management, not because of it. That kind of disconnect doesn't just happen by accident--it reflects directly on store leadership.
