I honestly can't believe how bad my experience was with this computer repair shop. From poor communication to downright negligence, this place is a disaster. I dropped off my computer for repair, and the wait was ridiculously long--longer than they promised, with barely any updates. When I finally got it back, I was shocked to find out that not only did they mess up my files, but they also managed to corrupt several important ones. Some of the documents were irreplaceable, and the whole thing was a nightmare. But that wasn't even the worst part. A friend of mine had also dropped off some old film tapes for their so-called "conversion service," and when they got them back, the original recordings were completely corrupted. The films had been professionally recorded years ago, and now they're destroyed. The shop didn't take responsibility at all--just offered vague excuses and blamed it on "old tapes" despite the fact they were in perfect condition when dropped off. And to top it all off, the shop itself smelled awful--like urine and cigarettes. It felt like a shady, run-down place where nobody cares about the work they're doing or the customers they're serving. I recently have had problems with my laptop and a terrible scare that I was going to lose all of my work. I had this 1809 update with Microsoft that seemed to barely move and never finish. At this same time I was having design software issues, until finally and suddenly, my computer crashed! Alex from Creative Computer Solutions reached out to me offering me his help. What a lifesaver! Matt worked on my computer; backing everything up and resetting the whole thing wiping out all errors. I expressed how important it was that all of my designs and files were not lost. He and Alex gave me comfort and trust in knowing that they would be sure that everything is saved. I picked up my computer this morning with a huge breath of relieve! I've brought my computer to Creative Computer Solutions twice in the past several years. They listen; they're patient; they explain in easy to understand language. First, it had a virus and they had to wipe it clean and start over. It worked great for a couple of years until it locked up recently. The 2nd repair was less drastic and less costly. Both times, they gave me valuable tips on using my computer and keeping it secure. They also have refurbished computers, which looked interesting since mine is getting old. But they told me it had plenty of memory and would probably last several more years if treated right. I also like their webinars with "how to" tips. I dropped off my sons computer at CCSFIX in Cape Coral because it shut down intermittently. They tested it for 2 days and could not replicate the problem. When the owner took it home to test it more, he was able to replicate the problem - a faulty motherboard. I picked up the computer and he recommended to order a new motherboard from a discount supplier, which would be cheaper for me. They would install it at a very reasonable price. At home I found out that I had one year warranty left on my motherboard and I am now trying to get a free replacement from the manufacturer. CCSFIX has been very helpful and cost cautious and I can strongly recommend them. I give a 5 star rating for knowledge, service and courtesy. read more

This company has the best customer service I've seen in a very long time! Alex was spot on identifying the problem with my PC and had it fixed while I was standing there talking to him. Wow! A few weeks later I had another issue and again they came to my rescue by diagnosing the problem and completely cleaning out the problem and restoring it to factory settings for a fresh start. Again Wow! Days later I need some one-on-one training with a program and they connected remotely with me and walked me through the entire process! AMAZING service by Alex! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my ancient desktop which I thought was a goner and expected to be told as such. Not a chance! Alex knoes what he is doing and the results are phenomenal, it runs faster than ever. When I came to check out Ashe told me about their video conversion services, she was very clear and gave a detailed description of her process. So took another chance and my wife brought in some of our old home tapes that are mostly our kids childhoods. I've used Creative Computer Solutions 3 times over the last couple of years. They were very knowledgeable and helpful... Didn't make me feel inferior because it was a simple fix. " No charge" can't beat that. The last thing I had them build for me was a desktop unit that I could fit into a cabinet and be affordable. I actually know how to work on computers myself, but when I was in school, I just didn't have the time any more so finding these guys was a relief. I took my computer in because the screen blacked out on me so I figured that I probably needed a new computer. I took it in to these guys, and they were able to let me know that I actually just needed a motherboard (great news) and the piece wasn't too pricey. Great place to get your computer fixed. A friend recommend this place to see if they could fix my computer that crashed. They were able to fix it and for relatively cheap. I thought i had lost all my photos and videos but they were able to get them all back. Alex was very nice and kept me informed the while it was at the shop.
