After scanning my software and picking up the files, the videos wouldn't play. What good does it do you to scan files if the software won't allow you to play videos or open pictures? After scanning the SD card the third time, the software deletes all files on my SD card and wiped my valuable data clean. The gentleman greeted me and told me in two minutes he could take a look and see if it was fixable. He was able to replace the screen and give me a new battery and the phone is working great again.
