My screen on my Iphone 6s responded at first to his new screen but after the 2nd day it went downhill. It eventually got so bad by day 3 it stopped responding to touch all together. The screen he used was junk. My previous cracked screen was better than this. My phone became unusable and I missed an entire day of work trying to get it fixed. Luckily the apple store got me back on track. If I had gone straight to the apple store it would have cost me less time & money than using Jacob.

About 30 minutes later I stopped back, and he said I'm not going to charge you what I stated as I just cleaned out the charging port instead of installing a new one and it seems to be working fine. Nate was the Tech on duty and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the PC in and within 24 hours called me back on a Saturday with the diagnosis AND the cost to repair which included locating a replacement Main Board. By Tuesday afternoon I received the call that the PC was ALIVE and ready to go back into service! The Cost of the repair was EXTREMELY reasonable and Tech-Zone was highly efficient in getting the issue resolved for us. I would highly-recommend them and will definitely use them again.
