These guys are great. I made a stupid mistake with my laptop. They looked at found what I did. Called me within the hour. Went back to the shop. They took the time to show me what I did. When I asked what I owed them they said " NO charge" . I was willing to pay a slight fee for help but they said again "NO charge" If and when I have future problems I will go to them again, and will recommend them to everyone I know that have computer or phone problems. Yesterday I had the pleasure of using the services of STS and met Sandro Grima who is the owner. My computer had internet issues I tried for over an hour to fix. Looked up computer tech services on my phone internet and found the excellent ratings of this company so I decided to call. Low and behold, Sandro tried to help me fix over the phone but we had tried everything he suggested. He heard the stress in my voice and came out to fix in 30 minutes (my lucky day!). While it was an easy fix, he checked my computer several times and cleaned up a few maleware items to make sure it didn't happen again. Very reasonable prices and a hard working individual.
