This company started with professional service and recommendations. After 3 years of using this company in multiple residential and commercial locations, their service has declined. Upon hiring them to install a whole-home camera system (which they recommended as the best), 30% of the cameras started failing (they only replaced 2 of the 4 failed cameras). They abruptly stopped servicing what they sold and installed. The owner's response is, sorry, get the warranty parts directly from the manufacturer and do the work yourself. Buyer beware, don't hire this company unless you are willing to figure out the problems you are left with yourself.
