    You know how sometimes you interact with someone who just clearly either doesn't like their job…read moredoesn't want to be there? That was my experience with some guy with short blonde/yellowish hair. When I asked if he could accept a US mail package, his response was "sometimes" without clarification. He asked me if I wanted to receipt and I said no thank you. He then scanned the barcode and said "interesting." I waited for some clarification on if there was a problem and to clarify he would accept the package and he handed me a receipt saying he "might as well give me a receipt since I am 'still standing here for some reason'" as if I was supposed to be able to read his mind and know when everything was done. It's just not worth working a job if you're miserable there man, especially when the bar for accepting a package is pretty low from a customer service perspective. Edit- What if I'm most interesting is after posting my review looking at the other comments which all similar rude interactions with what appears to be the same employee, followed by comments from the owner or manager about how they take customer feedback seriously. If that were the case, then you wouldn't have similar situations going back over a year. I personally would rather wait a couple extra minutes in line due to short staffing (but high quality) then be served by someone like this. That said I may be in the minority as this area has a lot of impatient people who may not care and will accept the rudeness with speed over someone pleasant to interact with.

We knew we were in trouble upon entering the store when a lady was cursing while exiting the place still carrying a box she couldn't mail. Another customer muttered: "Good luck!" to us. We were helped by a young kid, facial hair, blonde hair. Once we gave him our California address he said: Why would you live in California? We were mailing something, paying, he should have taken care of that, not judging us and giving us his political opinions. I don't judge anyone based on the place they live, everyone has their reasons. But we could feel the snarky hate toward us. Sorry to give him $100 for crappy services and the worst attitude ever. My husband responded and another customer (who is from California, moved there) jumped to "defend" us. We are more sensitive to this kind of behavior since we have friends who lost homes in the fire. If my father in law who has a heart condition wouldn't have been with us, I would have given him a real piece of my mind and left the store like everyone else! Seniors live in the area, you can't treat people like this, so rude and disrespect, judging and spreading hate and annoying people who try to give you their business. But it seems like his family owns it so this entitled a...hole behaves accordingly! They don't fire him with all the complaints. So, read all the reviews on line and stay away! Let them go down as they deserve!Never again! Avoid at all costs if you value your health and respect yourself!

    I just had to share my experience with this company because they were awesome! To say that they…read morewere a pleasure to work with is an absolute and total understatement, they made me look like a rockstar to my boss. I work in IT for a local medical group. We had been having some issues with our copier service company, who had been giving me the runaround for over a week on two of our machines. They claimed the parts needed for both machines were discontinued and that we would have no choice but to replace both copiers, and then they started sending out a salesman to try to sell us new machines rather then honor their service contract. One of our medical assistant's mentioned to me that they used C3 Document Solutions at her old office and that they were good. So I gave them a call and scheduled a service appointment. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment, which was yesterday. When C3's technician arrived, I told him what the other company had said about the parts being discontinued and he laughed then told me that was the oldest bait and switch sales tactic in the book. He diagnosed both machines and informed me that both machines did in fact need the parts in question; but told me they were readily available, in fact available in one day. He was back out this morning to install the new parts and was able to get both of the "unrepairable" machines running! These guys were able to do in less than 24 hours what we were told was impossible. For less than $700 we were able to get both machines back up and running. Here is the best part when I told my boss this news, he slapped me a high-five, which is a big deal because he is normally very stoic and reserved.

We almost didn't hire…read morethis company based on the bad review that was on this site, but they were recommended by our IT guy, so we gave them a shot. We have an old HP printer that my boss refuses to replace, but is always complaining about. This time it was making a grinding noise and sounded like a meat grinder every time he printed. Did I mention this printer sits about 3 feet from my head? Any way I recommended replacing this dinosaur, but he refused as usual. After calling around and getting nowhere (everyone I called said it was to old to fix) I finally asked our IT guy if he knew anybody. He said he had worked with C3 a few times and that they were good, "expensive but good" to accurately quote him. I called C3 and they also told the machine was too old to fix. But when I explained my situation with my boss and his love for this machine they agreed to come out and have a look. Their tech was out today and basically rebuilt the entire machine. I'm happy to report the machine works and is QUIET! It cost us $275 but worth every penny, I have my sanity back. The verdict: good experience, tech was on time and thorough. So there it is, my first ever online review.
