I saw a man behind the counter who looked like he was helping 4 different people at once along with changing out a printer cartridge...haha... This man was Judd. I noticed his calm demeanor and patience with people, especially some of the older clients who didn't have a clue on how to work the "SELF SERVE COPY MACHINES" When it was turn to be helped out, he listened to my request and went right to work noticing I didn't ask for 3-prong hole punching for the folders I was going to put them in, so he immediate suggested if he did them, it would save me time and be less stressful for me to do. I thanked him for the advice and did that as well. I did have a coupon so that helped with the price of the copies. The quality was GREAT. And, I loved how easy Judd made this experience for me. He is a great employee...they are lucky to have him! And...I will be back to have him help me with my next presentation for sure!!!

The store manager, big, heavyset white guy with a beard was terrible! Originally the return started with a new hire, athletic build white guy That needed some help. It was his first time processing an Amazon return. The manager was aggravated by his request for help first of all. Went through showing him how to do it on what looked like a cell phone. But he still needed a little more help. The manager walked away and let him sit there and struggle. So I tried to help him which I'm not a store employee, so I really don't know the process. but Billy Jean came to the rescue! I'm very thankful for her. She should be the manager! Great customer, service, and being a kind human goes a long way!

    I just had to share my experience with this company because they were awesome! To say that they…read morewere a pleasure to work with is an absolute and total understatement, they made me look like a rockstar to my boss. I work in IT for a local medical group. We had been having some issues with our copier service company, who had been giving me the runaround for over a week on two of our machines. They claimed the parts needed for both machines were discontinued and that we would have no choice but to replace both copiers, and then they started sending out a salesman to try to sell us new machines rather then honor their service contract. One of our medical assistant's mentioned to me that they used C3 Document Solutions at her old office and that they were good. So I gave them a call and scheduled a service appointment. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment, which was yesterday. When C3's technician arrived, I told him what the other company had said about the parts being discontinued and he laughed then told me that was the oldest bait and switch sales tactic in the book. He diagnosed both machines and informed me that both machines did in fact need the parts in question; but told me they were readily available, in fact available in one day. He was back out this morning to install the new parts and was able to get both of the "unrepairable" machines running! These guys were able to do in less than 24 hours what we were told was impossible. For less than $700 we were able to get both machines back up and running. Here is the best part when I told my boss this news, he slapped me a high-five, which is a big deal because he is normally very stoic and reserved.

    These guys just left our shop and I decided to report my experience here. We almost didn't hire…read morethis company based on the bad review that was on this site, but they were recommended by our IT guy, so we gave them a shot. We have an old HP printer that my boss refuses to replace, but is always complaining about. This time it was making a grinding noise and sounded like a meat grinder every time he printed. Did I mention this printer sits about 3 feet from my head? Any way I recommended replacing this dinosaur, but he refused as usual. After calling around and getting nowhere (everyone I called said it was to old to fix) I finally asked our IT guy if he knew anybody. He said he had worked with C3 a few times and that they were good, "expensive but good" to accurately quote him. I called C3 and they also told the machine was too old to fix. But when I explained my situation with my boss and his love for this machine they agreed to come out and have a look. Their tech was out today and basically rebuilt the entire machine. I'm happy to report the machine works and is QUIET! It cost us $275 but worth every penny, I have my sanity back. The verdict: good experience, tech was on time and thorough. So there it is, my first ever online review.
