In my conversation with Jake, I immediately felt at ease because was definitely very knowledgeable. I'm not an expert but I do understand tech and I was able to talk to him easily comfortably. I did not want to spend a fortune and he immediately started to give me options on how to save money. I sent him pictures of my living room and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Jake came personally to hang my flat screen television. He did it quickly and cleaned up the area after the work was done. He was thoughtful enough to wire 2 HDMI in the wall in case one failed in the future. Once the work was done, I was so impressed that I did show him some of the other work I needed done with my security cameras. He took time to give me a quote on the work and he offered me options to help me save money. I never felt pressured to do anything.
