I was able to book an appointment day and time that worked into my schedule. The day before I was about to confirm the appointment and I received a call from Brady to confirm appointment and also make sure that he understood what was needed for the workers to show up with the necessary fittings etc.. He said that the installers would be here between 8 and 8:30am which they were right on time. The two installers (DJ and Carlos) were very pleasant and friendly and got straight to work. They looked at the job that was needed and had a plan which was better than mine haha The install was very thorough and clean installation and the site was left very clean. The stove now works and the wife is happy so my life is happy as well. Great Job DJ and Carlos and thank you JTE Electric for a professional company to work with from the front office to the installers. JTE Electric will be my GoTo company when electrical issues are needing attention.

We built a new home in Naples and our home builder used Ron and Sons as their Alarm and home…read moretheater company. We met with their rep ("Ronny") at the beginning of the process. He was nice and went over the options. When we spoke with Ronny we told him we were looking for Bluetooth speakers so we could play music from our phones in our home. We both work from home and I also game online so we wanted the fastest internet so we wanted plug in jacks in each room which they said would not be a problem. They also offered a security doorbell camera and stated our HOA pays for the monitoring service. So after speaking with Ronny we decided to add Cat6 wiring to the house, speakers for our pool area, speakers for our great room, and a video doorbell solution. Fast forward 10 months and out home is done and we get to move in. First there is no video doorbell installed. I talk to Ron and Sons and they state I need to sign up for the service first and again state that my HOA covers the service. After a lot of back and forth I find out they will pay for basic service which is if you have a land line (which we don't). So we have to sign up for a wifi adapter which is $10 a month. So we felt a little duped. I asked Ron and Sons to install the doorbell that we paid for without monitoring service so we could just use the app and they stated that wasn't possible. Second, after our internet is hooked up the outlets in each room don't work. The internet provider tells me Ron and Sons will have to come out to configure. Ron and Sons has still not been out to the property to correct this. We have lived here 6 months now. Third, the speakers are not Bluetooth at all which I am 100% sure we spoke about. To even get these speakers to work we needed to add an amp, a volume control for the inside speakers. Why would Ronny have let us leave the initial meeting knowing we would show up in our home with speakers that don't even work? On top of that, they wouldn't even let me transfer the money I paid for the doorbell to finish the audio setup. I would not do business with this company as I feel they lack integrity and have not even tried to make anything better.

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

Ahhh.... Let's see... Found out I had a electric panel which was 1 of the 4 brands known to have…read moreissues and catch fire, not good. Started with Google to help me find an electrician to do the switch. This brought to Mr. Sparky due to the tv ads and I've heard the name so much I guess it seemed familiar in some way, so I called... They came out the very next day, which was very prompt. However, the price sent me into ShOcK!!!! The estimate was more expensive than replacing my roof... A friend gave me this number to call and this lead me to everyone's friend, "Ashley".... He was very professional on the phone and made me feel at ease after my last experience... He also was at my house almost immediately after we spoke on the phone. He had me lead him to the panel and then he started taking it apart to get to the guts of it all. Mr. Sparks's Guy only opened the panel door and close it. Ashley removed the whole cover to really see what he was dealing with. He also informed me about the Challenger brand panel and what happens to it as it ages. Then when he opened my panel fully, he showed me exactly what he was speaking of. I had 2 main breakers on the panel which had burnt marks already... Then inspected the lines coming into my house and found I only had 1 ground and code was 2 grounds. He was so polite and knowledgeable as well as informative. He gave me a quote and I couldn't believe the difference in the price of both estimates. The amount was 25% of the cost of the quote from Mr. Sparks's Guy, which I knew was way over priced. Ashley shot from the hip and warranted the work. I hired him and his team to help me. That they did and a stellar job at that. Ashley or his teammates scheduled the power company, city inspector, and his install crew for the install. I was only out of power 4.5 hours. The ice never melted in either fridges. The Shock It Electric crew was super professional and super nice. Can't Thank this company enough for helping me fix this dangerous problem and keep my house from fire and my family and I safe. I only wish that when ever I have to hire out a repair, rare, the companies hold up to these exact same way, professional, kind, respectful, and stellar as Ashley and his crew. Thank You For restoring my faith in humanity... Thank You for all you guys do. If you need an electrician, you be nuts, crazy, and insane not to call these guys. They simply ROCK!!!

I hired Bryton Electric because I had used them in the past and trusted them. I contacted them to…read moreinstall an outlet in my garage for charging our electric vehicle. I was initially quoted $400. When the electrician arrived, he explained that because of the distance from the electrical panel, the cost would be $500 instead. We agreed to the new price, and the installation was completed. They knew from the beginning that this outlet was specifically for charging an electric vehicle. About a month later, our EV charger began displaying overheating warnings and stopped charging. When my husband checked the outlet, it was extremely hot to the touch and had gray residue around it that looked like electrical smoke. Concerned for our safety, we researched the issue and contacted another licensed electrician for a second opinion. We were told the outlet that Bryton Electric installed was not the correct type for continuous EV charging and should not have been used for that application because it posed a potential fire hazard. We contacted Bryton Electric, and they agreed to come back and replace the outlet. While they did install the correct EV-rated outlet, they also charged us an additional $175 to correct their own installation mistake. What upsets me most isn't just the extra charge--it's that my family and home were put at risk because the wrong equipment was installed in the first place. I hired a licensed electrical contractor because I expected them to know the proper materials and installation requirements for an EV charging outlet. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bryton Electric. If you're hiring an electrician for an EV charger installation, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about the outlet and components being installed and to verify they are using equipment specifically rated for continuous EV charging. The proper outlet will be marked EV as in photos.
