Purchased speakers and amplifier to put music from iTunes on lanai. There were speaker wires already hanging from ceiling but unsure of condition and which ones I needed to connect to the amp. Tried connecting, one pair at a time with no luck. Called Volt Pro, Juan was able to come out a day later just to look over job and quote. Once he looked over, he asked if he could test with a tone locator and in a couple minutes located the correct pair. Then he hung the two speakers in my lanai, connected all, and I now have music. All that for what I considered a more than fair price. I will be using him again for electrical needs and recommending Volt Pro to neighbors and friends in my area. read more

If you are looking for someone to install your EV charger choose Volt Pro. They were amazing. Price, service, and work was fantastic. It's a small business so it may take them longer to respond and get there to instal but trust me it's worth it. Other places wanted to charge me 5 times as much and I thought I wad screwed until I found volt. I'm telling this is the guy to get your EV charger installed. read more

They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

He said that the installers would be here between 8 and 8:30am which they were right on time. The two installers (DJ and Carlos) were very pleasant and friendly and got straight to work. They looked at the job that was needed and had a plan which was better than mine haha The install was very thorough and clean installation and the site was left very clean. The stove now works and the wife is happy so my life is happy as well. Great Job DJ and Carlos and thank you JTE Electric for a professional company to work with from the front office to the installers. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. From the initial call to Melissa, who was extremely kind and patient and who answered every one of my questions, to Juan and Lela who came out to address and immediately fix the issues at hand. Juan is a master electrician and resolved the issues extremely quickly, unlike other electricians who may take longer to charge more. The quality of the service and the value of the service is truly unmatched, in my opinion. If you live in the Naples area, and have an electrical issue, I would not hesitate to call this family owned and run company because I was extremely satisfied.
