Al Santos, who is the owner, takes a direct interest in all the work they do and has a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Recently, we had a problem with one of the sinks in a dual-sink bathroom vanity that FDD cabinets had installed for us. The sink had developed a hairline crack in the porcelain about three years after it was originally installed. I sent an email to FDD and asked them to come out and look at it on a Friday and they said they could come out and replace the sink on the following Monday. When they replaced the sink, they discovered that the manufacturer of the sink being replaced had changed, and the color didn't exactly match the other sink in the same vanity, so Al Santos determined that both sinks needed to be replaced to match. Al went back to FDD for us to get a second sink to match. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is very impressive.

We asked FDD to remedy this situation , and they declined. Overall, I do recommend them and would use them again, but I would make absolutely clear what I was buying and what would be delivered.
