Poor customer service. The quote I got in June was incorrect. I said I was not supplying the lights for the install. I called to update the quote & get a install date. received no email with the correction, called 3 times for a new quote in June. July 1st I called again, was given the electrician's direct number, left message & no call back. I just set up another quote from another company. read more

I would give them a 10 star if I could. Needed a new stove service and contacted JTE and spoke with a very friendly young lady and explained what I needed done. I was able to book an appointment day and time that worked into my schedule. The day before I was about to confirm the appointment and I received a call from Brady to confirm appointment and also make sure that he understood what was needed for the workers to show up with the necessary fittings etc.. He said that the installers would be here between 8 and 8:30am which they were right on time. The two installers (DJ and Carlos) were very pleasant and friendly and got straight to work. They looked at the job that was needed and had a plan which was better than mine haha The install was very thorough and clean installation and the site was left very clean. The stove now works and the wife is happy so my life is happy as well. Great Job DJ and Carlos and thank you JTE Electric for a professional company to work with from the front office to the installers. JTE Electric will be my GoTo company when electrical issues are needing attention. read more

First off my review is for a weekend service call. I had no power to the area of my home that serviced my water so i called a few places prior to calling this company and none of them had after hours call service people to connect to. I left messages and still no call back. This company prompted me to the after-hours guy, who was the owner. I spoke with him who tried to locate someone to come out for me. Apparently electricians don't like working weekends (I don't blame them), so the owner came out with one of his guys and did the service call. They were friendly, to the point, and did there job well. I recommend these guys for service in electrical. The price was standard for electricians he didn't try to price gauge me for a weekend. I'm thankful he came out to my home. I now have a working GFI, an outlet that works and powers to my water system in the house. I do recommend them as a service company. read more

JTE installed an electrical line for an AC unit I had installed. The AC company recommended JTE, said they did all their electrical installs. The AC company told gave me an estimated price for the electrical work. The bill turned out to be 45% higher. JTE claimed the reason was due to a code change that required a special breaker. The materials on the bill were only 10% of the total bill, so that could not be true. Then they said the AC company did not know their rates..... but the AC company uses them all the time...hmmm! I had also received a quote from another company that was nearly identical to the quoted. So I was definitely surprised when I got the bill. To add salt to the wound - the job could not have been easier - the unit was directly on the other side of the wall from the electrical panel. I will never use this company again and hope you get a written quote before you consider them. Otherwise, expect the old bait and switch.... read more

Unacceptable. I called and set up an appointment to have a number of simple electrical projects handled. Scheduler, Bill, set it up for 1:00 the next day. My wife and I arranged our schedules to be there, arranged for gate entry, cleared the areas for easy access and waited. After 2:00 we called. Not on the schedule we are told. Bill is contacted and said it was not scheduled. BS. My advice? Use another, reliable company that has its act together and doesn't employ liars. read more

It is unfortunate that this Company has turned away from customer service. I have had this Company work on my home for the past 4-years and they have been exceptional, as a matter of fact several of my Veteran buddies have had work done at their homes, but recently something has changed 4-months ago I asked for a breakdown on an estimate I was requesting for work on my house, I got a verbal total, but nothing in writing, I let them do the work asking for the breakdown on the final invoice, no dice. Last month I had some motion lights installed outside and a purge protector, it was supposed to be a 415.00 dollar bill, but when I got the final bill it was $506. and to top it off the Supervisor (Brady) stated he didn't have time to breakdown the estimate, it really sounds like things have changed, so their service won't be required by our household, family, or Veteran buddies in the future. Doing a kitchen remodel and they sent over 2 electricians one being a female which was kinda cool I thought and she really knew her stuff !! They went straight to work and did a great job at rewiring everything. I would highly recommend them and use them again and again !! Oh yea they were much more reasonable price wise than their top advertised competitors!! read more
