Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

I called him again this past week for an estimate on a problem with our condominium house lights. I'm on the board and knew he would be honest with us. He went to the complex and assessed the situation. He found that a few of the house lights were burnt out, but the timer was in good working condition. No charge for the call, because there was no problem. What an honest person! The board has decided to continue to contact him for an future electrical issues. Highly recommend this company!!

This is an excellent company with whom to do business. I have found them to operate with the…read morehighest standards of honesty and integrity. I do not personally know, nor to my knowledge, I am not related to anyone in this company. My first experience with Modern & Anderson Services was following years of A/C repairs performed by a subcontractor who installed two AC units into my new home. The subcontractor also provided preventive maintenance for years, but no lasting resolution to AC failures occurred, and reoccurred. I was repeatedly advised I was experiencing power surges, even though the house was wired with power surge protection and the AC failures did not always correlate to electrical storms. I had the power surge protection checked and it was operating correctly. With the next AC failure, I contacted Modern & Anderson Services. They responded the day I called and identified that the AC units were incorrectly wired into the fuse boxes. They re-wired the units. I requested they also conduct an assessment of the HVAC system and they identified I had inadequate airflow in two areas of the home. I contracted with them to add additional vents. They completed the work when scheduled, left the property exactly as they found it, and the cost of work was exactly as quoted. I inquired if they had preventive maintenance program and contracted for their Home Service Plan. The plan I selected includes twice a year preventive maintenance for both AC units, as well as other house wide service. In three years of working with Modern Services I have experienced no AC breakdowns/repairs. Additionally, they initiate calls for appointments for preventive maintenance, and coordinate other services provided by the contract as needed. This year I requested a service, which I knew was not covered by my Home Service Plan, offering to pay fee for service if it could be done during a scheduled appointment. The scheduler checked to see if work requested was within the scope of expertise of the individual who would be in the home and would he the work as fee for service while there. He did and I paid an industry reasonable fee for the work. Every contact I have with Modern & Anderson Services includes providing facts and allowing me to make decisions. Throughout their work they are generous with their knowledge by educating the homeowner. I have the highest regards for this company; each and every person I have had contact with has been customer service oriented in their work. They are excellent!.

Ryan from Ryno came out the same day to give me a quote and I had let him know it was a bit urgent as the unforeseen electrical work was going to delay the installation of my AC unit. Ryan worked around his schedule to fit me in within a few days. He kept a consistent communication, showed up without any delays, and got the work done at a fair price. As an engineer in the construction industry, it is challenging to find contractors such as Ryan that are reliable, good communication, fair and honest, and he was just that. I highly recommend him and wish him and his business all the luck servicing SW Florida.

After inspecting the unit checking our filters he stated the unit looked good but it might need a new starting capacitor but he needed to check the factory numbers, also the BLOWER WHEEL NEEDED CLEANING, which he couldn't do as the tool need to get it out he did not have. He also suggested a infer red light. But he would send us a estimate on all that. With a approaching rain storm, he said everything done and he would send the paperwork in, he left in the rain. After a hour our home was maintaining 81 degrees with the ac unit running but not cooling. I called him and he returned in about 30 minutes. He said he forgot to do something g hurrying to beat the storm. He repaired that problem and said he found he had the proper capacitor if I wanted it. I agreed and paid the price, he installed it and turned on the unit. This time it worked and started cooling the house. The work he completed appears to be working and the unit is even running quieter then before. I told him I would review his invoices, paid for next years contract and new capacitor. I contacted the office and scheduled the Blower Wheel service for new week. The work done was proper but rushed due to his nervous condition for a thunder storm.
