My initial phone call before coming in I was told they would guarantee diagnose the issue for a $45 fee, and no additional servicing was required after the diagnosis. I show up to the store promptly after and talk to the nice guys over there and I'm told they will get back to me on the issue within a day or two, and they did. A day or two later I was told there was nothing wrong with my drive and my computer did boot (which I already knew it booted but was absurdly slow). But I am told they ran tests on my drive and nothing came up and they came to the conclusion that my windows was corrupt and I simply needed to reinstall. I felt so relieved that I didn't have to worry about installing a new drive, so I procrastinated picking it up and I guess waited too long as I came home and reinstalled windows two times and wiped my drive as well, still to have my computer crash every so often and run super slow I paid a $45 diagnosis fee for something I had already thought to be true but wanted to make sure was correct, but instead was given little info on what they had done other than booted the computer and "tested the drive". I have not checked for bad sectors on the last drive, but I can assume that they ran no in-depth tests and instead just saw it boot and blue screen to tell me that windows was corrupted. TLDR: thought my hard drive was broken, but went to shop for reassurance, was told my hard drive was completely intact and I should just reinstall windows, then paid $45 for essentially the completely wrong diagnosis.

On August 10, 2026 my spouse and I went to the Naples Blvd store to purchase a new dishwasher as ours had a circulation pump that after 5 years is screaming during operation. The cost of parts and labor pointed to replacement rather than repair. After searching over our wnats and needs we opted for a new Bosch. We were informed it neede to be special ordered and the earliest it would arrive would be September 7,2026. We also opted for installation for convinience sake even though I've done several myself over the years. A few days before presented several e-mails regarding preparation for the delivery. The window of delivery was 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the day prior was no later that 4:00 pm. We made dinner reservations with another couple for 6:00 PM. The morning of I get a text message stating delivery will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm! So I call to change the delivery day and was told I could not, however if they can't deliver and install because of nobody being home, I can call the following day once the dishwasher is back at the warehouse to set up a new delivery. Then they show up at 2:00 PM, okay great I think! They open the door of the truck grab a bag of tools and come in. One of them takes out a tape measure checks a couple of measurements and inform me that it won't fit, this is in broken english, when I question why from what I was able to make out the new one is taller than the opening. With that one walks out to make a phone call. I look up the measurements of the two machines and the Bosch is approximately 1/4" taller, however the subfloor the dishwasher sits on is almost 1/2" lower than the kitchen floor he was measuring from, the previous installer saw this and adjusted the feet of the dishwasher to install that one. I never got the chance to tell them this as while the second delivery/installer stayed behind to take a couple of pictures, packed up his tool bag walked out, put the tools in the truck, closed the back door got in the truck and left. NO FURTHER DISCUSSION, just drove off! I immediately called Best Buy and told them what happened and rescheduled delivery with NO install for delivery on the 9th of September. A confirmation e-mail followed. Then on the 8th of September, another e-mail follows asking me to reschedule as there was an issue, when I reschedule it shows next available is October 2, 2026! The diswasher has to be re-ordered. Another call ensues, the dishwasher I'm told is out of stock, when I ask where mine is nobody can tell me, after a couple of transfers and a call back I'm now told it will be delivered on the 12th of September between 7:00AM to 7:00 PM, then a confirmation email follows stating the 15th, is now the new date, another phone call... now we are confimed for the 12th again, with and email follow-up. Then the time is confirmed in a text as being 3:00PM to 7:00PM. The 12th arrives my Best Buy app shows "prepairing for delivery" early morning, this is showing on the app yet no text, no e-mail confirming this. At 2:30 no change so I decide to call yet again. Now I'm told "it didn't make it to the pick up point so it won't be delivered today"...I reply with "where the hell is it because I will go pick it up myself". I'm given an address which is the address of my local store. I said I'll go get it myself! I'm told I need to wait an hour or two for it to be processed for pick up intead of delivery. I show up at the store an hour later and ask for the manager. The manager tells me they are a small store and don't stock appliances in the back! After a bit of a verbal go around I requested my money back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCE THERE. I now have the same dishwasher coming from a VERY reputable Appliance retailer, and it was $100 LESS!
