Don't open till 10am and there was a line forming This isn't even season They do have great prices They have all the stuff you need and want I came to donate my old computers, so old I should sell it on eBay but too lazy They call it recycling Coming back Easy and free parking Lots of help Friendly staff

This location is smoothly controlled. Once you walk in, a gentleman asks if you are looking for anything specific. We told them we were looking to purchase an ipad. He immediately told us that he will radio someone to meet us near the ipads and directed us where to go. When we arrived, we waited a few minutes and a lovely young woman helped us with the purchase. She told my sister's fiance which ones they had in stock and available for cellular. He even got an open box one as he requested to see it. Everything goes to the Geek squad prior to being put back out and it had no isses at all. It was $100 and in perfect condition. They had a lot of other open box items. Some items that were $30 were selling for $13 and in nearly perfect condition. The process was extremely smooth and they were able to purchase the device at the counter instead of walking to the front of the door. The staff were all wearing masks and were following strict safety precautions for Covid.

Oh my God I feel so invisible mom and I waited at least five minutes to talk to an Apple specialist in Best Buy and they have walked pastEd me. I felt like Casper the unfriendly ghost . Never in my lifetime have I been ignored by a business and that's not how you do business do you want to keep your customers happy. I just wanted to know where I was on the line was I #5 or # 8. Unfriendly very rude people work there. And all I needed help was my Apple ID and how to get my new email on my Apple ID

Sales person, manager or owner won't call back. We returned to store and got no satisfaction. If appliance is defective upon delivery don't expect any customer service. They literally want to rebuild a dryer in my home, replacing parts until they think it will work. Totally don't trust that we will have a good outcome. GE customer service told us that it was up to the store to make good on this dryer. it was completely out of their responsibility and can't make them pick the dryer up. Who would want to pay over $900.00 for a defective item and let the store try fixes till it is right?

We renovated our place here in Naples. We bought our appliances from Mullets. The company came…read morerecommended. After a couple of years, our dryer stopped working. The technician came out and couldn't fix it and needed to take it back to the shop. This was in October 2025. We were told that the drum was rusted and that it needed new parts and that we should consider just buying a new dryer. Keep in mind we are we only use that dryer when we are in town, which is typically 5 to 6 weeks a year. We escalated our situation to talk to the manager. We also talk to a third-party, a commercial coordinator for Mullets. We got absolutely no help. Pictures and videos were needed. Mullets were dragging their feet and unresponsive. One time my husband called and asked to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone would not allow him to speak to the manager and abruptly hung up on him. Over time, we eventually got to a manager, who promised that he would do everything to make things right. Soon after, just like everyone else we were ghosted, no response to emails or phone calls. After constant emailing and phone calls we were still with no response. Out of the blue they say they are going to fix the dryer with no cost to us (probably because of our constant nagging) They reinstall the dryer. The dryer rattles and makes noise on the inside. The technician couldn't help us because he's the installer. He's not the one who fixes dryers. So now we have to wait a couple weeks for a technician to come out to fix the dryer. Here we wait...mid January still waiting for our dryer to be fixed. ATTENTION -Do not buy from Mullets. All they care about is the sale. The Customer Service is beyond horrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. They will constantly give you the runaround and block you from talking to the manager. They do not follow up and they just don't care. Using them was the worst decision. I will absolutely let our designer know (who is the one who recommended Mullets) to find someone else to work with. Such a disappointment. I will share my experience with my friends and neighbors.

I was greeted promptly upon entering, but when I asked for assistance with the iPad and trade-in process, I was told a sales associate would help me shortly. After waiting 15 minutes, no one ever arrived. Several employees appeared unoccupied, yet no one stepped in to assist. When I asked about the Vision Pro demo, I was told to return at 6:30 despite the demo area being unused and the store relatively quiet. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase -- even though I had come ready to invest in multiple new Apple products. The lack of initiative and attentiveness from staff was disappointing, especially for a brand known for its customer experience. I guess it doesn't matter when the paycheck comes either way, but it's frustrating as a loyal customer to be ignored when ready to spend thousands.

I'm very much annoyed I spent 2 hours back and forth on this. I would drive to Bonita to avoid the incompetency. It's glaringly evident they do not care about their clients.
