I had the best welcome coming in and Andrew was happy to assist me with loading 20 bags of stones and then loading it in my jeep and Arolaine was the sweetest cashier, even gave me a bottle of water. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! This has become my most favorite Home Depot hands down! I bought an LG washer and dryer from Home Depot on Friday, November 1st. I bought it from Home Depot mainly because the estimated delivery date was Tuesday, November 5th; there were lower prices elsewhere. But then Tuesday came and went, and there was no communication from Home Depot. So, I called Home Depot Customer Service, and the rep said, "Sorry, there was a routing issue, and the earliest I can schedule you is Monday, November 11th." But then Monday also came and went, and there was no communication from Home Depot. So, I called Home Depot Customer Service again, and this time, my call was escalated to Customer Resolution. The earliest Home Depot can deliver is Friday, November 15th. The Customer Resolution rep told me Home Depot would credit my account $100 for the inconvenience. I finally got delivery on Thursday, November 14th, nine days after the estimated delivery date. On or about November 22nd, I called Home Depot Customer Service to inquire about my credit. The rep assured me that the credit would be issued. It's December 18th, and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CREDIT as promised. What a total joke, wholly incompetent and careless! Home Depot Customer Service is the new Sears Roebuck. How did that work out for them? Don't buy a grill here if you expect it to be delivered assembled. After waiting several days for the grill to be assembled, it arrived UNASSEMBLED!!!! I received several phone calls clarifying if I wanted this unassembled sooner to which I responded no. Entered self checkout at 4:20 PM on March 4, 2022. After completing transaction the the machine kept indicating that the receipt was "printing" but would not print a receipt. I kept trying to get the employee, who was standing behind a desk 5 feet from me, to assist. She kept ignoring me. It looked as if she was playing on her phone. I was able to get the attention of another employee who was able to correct the printer error. He printed out a receipt that had the notation "Duplicate Receipt Not Valid for Refund". As I passed by the original employee I saw that she had in fact been on her phone the entire time! LAST TIME I'LL SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Fortunately there is a Lowes Store about a half mile away (north on Naples Boulevard). That store is much cleaner, much better organized & has higher quality employees. read more

Airport pulling Road looking for lightbulbs to be right up front when I walked but they moved them so I went to customer service saw the girl there and her she gave me great directions told me where to go. I get back to the I'm looking for specific lightbulbs that I saw on the website. Can't find them up and down the aisle three times still can't find them so I go to look for a button to see if there's a button to push for somebody to come help me in the lightbulb area can't find a button so I pull out my phone and I call Home Depot go through the prompts phone rings nine times no one answers I get a machine telling me to hold on. They will connect me to someone now I waited another two minutes nothing Finally hung up, turned around, looked and found something that I decided that instead, which was on sale. I looked around up and down aisles can't find anybody. Usually I get stopped by three or four people before I get to where I'm going to ask if they can help me with something? Now I go upfront now I park over towards the end of the garden center so now I have to walk to the other end of the store. I have a bad knee not your fault I get it but I don't like walking all that way to get myself checked out. That's the other issue now you have self check out pretty much and that's it. Someone standing up there I can help you if you need it but now you have it sectioned off so cannot get out a different way. I go out those doors or turn around and go back through the maze to get out and walk to the other side of the store to go out that door now I'm really angry cause my knee is hurting and I'm mad because I can't find anyone to help me so I stopped at customer service again to ask to speak to a manager the gentleman there told me that I needed to speak to the other girl who's waiting on someone else right now and I said is she a manager and he said no, but she can call one for you. You can't get me a manager I he must've been a new guy I'm assuming? So now I'm angry. I go to walk away. He says just a minute. He's trying to pick up the phone. In the meantime the girl that helped me find the back up at customer service and tells him what to do And I hear them call a manager to customer service over the loudspeaker then that girl who helped him comes over to me to ask me what the problem was and I said I wanted to speak to a manager and that I understood that it wasn't her issue. It was and I know is the one that makes these decisions of how many in the store and you've cut everybody's hours back so nobody can earn any money except for you. You're making plenty of it so she's waiting and nobody comes she finally says she's going to go look for a manager! After five minutes, she returns asking me to follow her back to the other side of the store and I said absolutely not. No I'm not going over there to speak to the manager while he's helping in the front and can't come over here, but would like to speak to you will it to me I'm sorry if you want to speak to a customer that's upset about something you come over to me and speak to me. I don't need to come find I've already looked around your store and couldn't find anybody so now here I am writing a review as I told everyone I would be doing and I will be calling tomorrow. I did call the corporate office phone number that I found and lo and behold doesn't work on Sundays. Isn't that nice Home Depot used to be very very good at helping you you have lost that customer service that you used to give now you don't give it at all pretty sad. Home Depot is a good place to get the tools and supplies for projects in and around the house. I got wood and corrugated plastic for a carport. And a few tools. The paint desk people are pretty knowledgeable since they have special training in their department. I got a set if shelves here a while ago it was inexpensive and still in good shape. I may have to get more totes and bins but they seemed pricey so I'm going to wait for them to have a sale. I'm in here about 2-3x a month when I did home remodeling I was here 3-5x a week. This parking lot is easier than Loews even though traffic on Pine Ridge road can be a little hectic. but it seems safer than driving on Naples blvd with all of the other snowbirds. They make keys here but the last few keys I got needed return visits since the keys didn't work. read more

You really have to put some energy into pulling them open and to close them you have to push them past 3" of closing to get them to engage. I needed a lot of assistance at Home Depot. I was shopping for my gardening essentials and was impressed with the huge selection this Home Depot. This provided me an outstanding opportunity to choose from. Yet this I well stocked garden section proved challenging because my cart was quite full. The questions I had were many!Employees here answered all of my questions and offered to assist me with this large order. They went above and beyond to see me through to the end of my purchase. I have never had an amazing experience like this before in any of their other competitors. Lowes etc.... One more area I will add. The garden section was immaculate. Not only well-stocked with this enormous selection everything was organized which made for easy viewing, great signage displays, and orderly! It is end of season here and I aspected low stock, nothing to choose from and the predictable mayhem in most stores due to snowbirds heading back. Someone was on it with these predictable seasonal shifts! I just wanted to thank all of those employees that gave it their all for I had an outstanding customer care experience. Shout out to Carle, Andrew, (in garden), Jowey and Aretha, (in Front End), Aldrich (Service Desk) and A.J. (in CXM). I will be back again! Well, as you can see from my screen shot, I actually let the phone ring for over 10 minutes and still no one ever picked up the phone. My 96 year old mom, who's condo was flooded by IAN, was not able to return a refrigerator delivered on Thursday that was still packaged, on Monday, for a different new refrigerator. Mgr Larry said store policy is 48 hours to return-buyers remorse. The contractor, doing Mom's condo water damage restoration, was informed the day of delivery (Thursday) that the refrigerator was too small for area but did not report the return until Monday. I don't prefer this store because it seems smaller than others in Naples, a little more cluttered, which isn't surprising as it matches the parking lot! Do not ever buy cabinets from Home Depot. They are trash. We paid $6000 for bathroom cabinets...supposedly their top end Thomasville cabinets. They arrived with misaligned drawers, poor finishing (gaps that were not filled/finished), and a gash in the side of a large cabinet. Just pathetic. Dear Store Manager- please have your department managers simply press the buttons on a computer that updates store inventory. Or better yet- actually - maybe use your software that syncs up your inventory with your cash register scanners (that are now operated by the customers as store employees) so that way if 6 are scanned and put out for sale and then are sold and scanned that you now have ZERO!!!!! I, a middle-class female who just recently got married and is a first-time home buyer wanted to get more done. My husband and I saved all we could to update our kitchen appliances, and the first place we thought to go is Home Depot. We order all our appliances on November 20th, 2022. Our delivery date was scheduled for December 21st, 2022. I schedule for my dad to help remove all of our old appliances because Home Depot chargers a bit over the odds for appliances to just be unplugged. Plus, you can't beat free when you just threw all your savings at new appliances. A day before delivery, I get a call that Samsung is out of stock. I am understandable and confirm a new delivery date... January 7th. Surprisingly, on 12/29/2022 I receive an email that my delivery date changed to 12/30/2022. My hands were being tied about the one-day notice, but we were happy to be receiving the appliances that we paid for a month ago. Naturally, I call Home Depot to confirm. I am notified that Samsung delivered and that I am all set for delivery. I abandoned my plans for the day and head home to remove all our old appliances. With reservation, I call the store again and confirm that the delivery is going to happen tomorrow. It is reported back that everything is set to go. As I pace around the house, I notice that I didn't receive a window for tomorrow's delivery. Determining that it is important to know the time of arrival tomorrow, I call Home Depot again and let them know I didn't receive a time frame. The woman on the phone confirmed that there will be a delivery tomorrow and to call first thing in the morning for the time frame. At first light, my anxiety becomes a stalker. I give Home Depot another ring, and to my ignorance... My delivery did not make the truck this morning. As I speak with the man on the phone, I become a raging fire. I compose myself and realize he is not the enemy, nor is the woman that kept telling me "I understand your frustration." Just some prebaked rebuttals to deescalate and neuter the conversation. The real problem is trusting the world's largest home improvement retailer to support their mission on providing the highest level of service and helping Doers get more done. The problem is that consumers allow this type of behavior to occur. These big companies can throw low wage workers at us to listen to our complaints. They throw money at the problem when it reaches a specific threshold. But what they don't do is correct the problem that occurred in the first place. They budget in the upset customer. We are just a bean in their jar, and they don't care about us. I vow to never shop at Home Depot again! But does it matter? I am just one bean. read more

The bathrooms were worse than a remote gas station bathroom in an isolated town. One of the stalls had the seat torn right off. There was trash on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. If you want your flooring that cost you over 15k to be a DISASTER like this, and get NO ASSISTANCE from the numerous phone calls and emails to Debbie (Assnt Manger)- this is your go to place! When I special ordered 200 square feet for my entire house in Dec 2019 (so I could get the same dye lot), I was told it would be delivered Jan 5th. "That's a Sunday" I said. "Oh yeah- it will be there the 4th, they will call you the day before for delivery times". They called me on the 3rd to let me know it wasn't coming- til they weren't sure when! WHAT??I had already moved everything out of my house and checked into a hotel. When it didn't come in on the (now having paid for hotels in Naples in January for a week) I was able to get them to promise one pallet so the guys that I was paying could start the job. They delivered about 20 boxes- which I am 90% sure where off the shelf in the store and not my special order. Those boxes got mixed in with the actual delivery (remember I am staying at a hotel paying 200+ a night- I finally booked a flight to go stay with a friend because that was cheaper than hotels in Naples). I let it go because the job was finally happening and I could move everything back in the day before my surgery that would leave me unable to walk for a month. THIS IS WHAT THE FLOOR LOOKS LIKE. THIS IS NOT THE SAME DYE LOT!! I have tried being polite, have tried to be understanding that people are busy during COVID- but Debbie has on more than one occasion admitted she can see a color difference herself and that she will follow up with her manager to see what she can do that day and call me back! She has NEVER responded to an email and has never called be back. Over and over and over! And Chris in flooring never called me back- nor did anyone in January to let me know when the floor was coming. On one occasion, Chris actually answered the phone, said he would call me back- and NEVER DID!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Lowe's is right down the street! read more
