I bought an LG washer and dryer from Home Depot on Friday, November 1st. I bought it from Home Depot mainly because the estimated delivery date was Tuesday, November 5th; there were lower prices elsewhere. But then Tuesday came and went, and there was no communication from Home Depot. So, I called Home Depot Customer Service, and the rep said, "Sorry, there was a routing issue, and the earliest I can schedule you is Monday, November 11th." But then Monday also came and went, and there was no communication from Home Depot. So, I called Home Depot Customer Service again, and this time, my call was escalated to Customer Resolution. The earliest Home Depot can deliver is Friday, November 15th. The Customer Resolution rep told me Home Depot would credit my account $100 for the inconvenience. I finally got delivery on Thursday, November 14th, nine days after the estimated delivery date. On or about November 22nd, I called Home Depot Customer Service to inquire about my credit. The rep assured me that the credit would be issued. It's December 18th, and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CREDIT as promised. What a total joke, wholly incompetent and careless! The employees don't care about the customers. I always say this Home Depot because I believe that people and they expect me to be a contractor when I for a large order of pavers in the store when employee was rude to me I because I'm Mexican Hispanic they never answer it but the way they look at me and my employees listen we're the ones with the $6 million company they're not we're the ones that have spent 900,000 almost 1, company. We have been in here with my crew before and this specific Home Depot one guy that worked there in garden came up to me and made a comment about one of my Haitian employees and made a comment like a terrible saying in Haitian building materials they don't wanna help in the store. You can't get me a manager I he must've been a new guy I'm assuming? So now I'm angry. I go to walk away. He says just a minute. He's trying to pick up the phone. In the meantime the girl that helped me find the back up at customer service and tells him what to do And I hear them call a manager to customer service over the loudspeaker then that girl who helped him comes over to me to ask me what the problem was and I said I wanted to speak to a manager and that I understood that it wasn't her issue. It was and I know is the one that makes these decisions of how many in the store and you've cut everybody's hours back so nobody can earn any money except for you. You're making plenty of it so she's waiting and nobody comes she finally says she's going to go look for a manager! After five minutes, she returns asking me to follow her back to the other side of the store and I said absolutely not. I kept trying to get the employee, who was standing behind a desk 5 feet from me, to assist. She kept ignoring me. It looked as if she was playing on her phone. I was able to get the attention of another employee who was able to correct the printer error. He printed out a receipt that had the notation "Duplicate Receipt Not Valid for Refund". As I passed by the original employee I saw that she had in fact been on her phone the entire time! LAST TIME I'LL SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Home Depot is a good place to get the tools and supplies for projects in and around the house. I got wood and corrugated plastic for a carport. And a few tools. The paint desk people are pretty knowledgeable since they have special training in their department. I got a set if shelves here a while ago it was inexpensive and still in good shape. I may have to get more totes and bins but they seemed pricey so I'm going to wait for them to have a sale. I'm in here about 2-3x a month when I did home remodeling I was here 3-5x a week. This parking lot is easier than Loews even though traffic on Pine Ridge road can be a little hectic. but it seems safer than driving on Naples blvd with all of the other snowbirds. They make keys here but the last few keys I got needed return visits since the keys didn't work. read more

I needed a lot of assistance at Home Depot. I was shopping for my gardening essentials and was impressed with the huge selection this Home Depot. This provided me an outstanding opportunity to choose from. Yet this I well stocked garden section proved challenging because my cart was quite full. The questions I had were many!Employees here answered all of my questions and offered to assist me with this large order. They went above and beyond to see me through to the end of my purchase. I have never had an amazing experience like this before in any of their other competitors. Lowes etc.... One more area I will add. The garden section was immaculate. Not only well-stocked with this enormous selection everything was organized which made for easy viewing, great signage displays, and orderly! It is end of season here and I aspected low stock, nothing to choose from and the predictable mayhem in most stores due to snowbirds heading back. Someone was on it with these predictable seasonal shifts! I just wanted to thank all of those employees that gave it their all for I had an outstanding customer care experience. At the checkout I asked for a military discount since the self checkout asks to scan an app. I signed up for my veterans discount with my phone number and email address a while back, not sure why I need to download an app just to continue getting it. I, a middle-class female who just recently got married and is a first-time home buyer wanted to get more done. My husband and I saved all we could to update our kitchen appliances, and the first place we thought to go is Home Depot. We order all our appliances on November 20th, 2022. Our delivery date was scheduled for December 21st, 2022. I schedule for my dad to help remove all of our old appliances because Home Depot chargers a bit over the odds for appliances to just be unplugged. Plus, you can't beat free when you just threw all your savings at new appliances. A day before delivery, I get a call that Samsung is out of stock. I am understandable and confirm a new delivery date... January 7th. Surprisingly, on 12/29/2022 I receive an email that my delivery date changed to 12/30/2022. My hands were being tied about the one-day notice, but we were happy to be receiving the appliances that we paid for a month ago. Naturally, I call Home Depot to confirm. I am notified that Samsung delivered and that I am all set for delivery. I abandoned my plans for the day and head home to remove all our old appliances. With reservation, I call the store again and confirm that the delivery is going to happen tomorrow. It is reported back that everything is set to go. As I pace around the house, I notice that I didn't receive a window for tomorrow's delivery. Determining that it is important to know the time of arrival tomorrow, I call Home Depot again and let them know I didn't receive a time frame. The woman on the phone confirmed that there will be a delivery tomorrow and to call first thing in the morning for the time frame. At first light, my anxiety becomes a stalker. When I special ordered 200 square feet for my entire house in Dec 2019 (so I could get the same dye lot), I was told it would be delivered Jan 5th. "That's a Sunday" I said. "Oh yeah- it will be there the 4th, they will call you the day before for delivery times". They called me on the 3rd to let me know it wasn't coming- til they weren't sure when! WHAT??I had already moved everything out of my house and checked into a hotel. When it didn't come in on the (now having paid for hotels in Naples in January for a week) I was able to get them to promise one pallet so the guys that I was paying could start the job. They delivered about 20 boxes- which I am 90% sure where off the shelf in the store and not my special order. Those boxes got mixed in with the actual delivery (remember I am staying at a hotel paying 200+ a night- I finally booked a flight to go stay with a friend because that was cheaper than hotels in Naples). I let it go because the job was finally happening and I could move everything back in the day before my surgery that would leave me unable to walk for a month. THIS IS WHAT THE FLOOR LOOKS LIKE. THIS IS NOT THE SAME DYE LOT!! I have tried being polite, have tried to be understanding that people are busy during COVID- but Debbie has on more than one occasion admitted she can see a color difference herself and that she will follow up with her manager to see what she can do that day and call me back! I came to the store to return and reorder the correct item, customer service told me they can't help and I have to go to homedepot.com. I asked to speak to a manager because lines were obviously getting crossed. Manager, Paul, came and was rude. I didn't necessarily need an apology for the inconvenience but to be treated with disrespect is unprofessional.
