We purchased a Miele built in dishwasher from Mullets a year ago. All went well as we were experienced buyers. Bought a new GEProfile dryer that was defective upon delivery. Asked for it to be returned immediately and driver wouldn't. After 3 different service diagnosis they will not return it. Sales person, manager or owner won't call back. We returned to store and got no satisfaction. If appliance is defective upon delivery don't expect any customer service. They literally want to rebuild a dryer in my home, replacing parts until they think it will work. Totally don't trust that we will have a good outcome. GE customer service told us that it was up to the store to make good on this dryer. it was completely out of their responsibility and can't make them pick the dryer up. Who would want to pay over $900.00 for a defective item and let the store try fixes till it is right? read more

We renovated our place here in Naples. We bought our appliances from Mullets. The company came recommended. After a couple of years, our dryer stopped working. The technician came out and couldn't fix it and needed to take it back to the shop. This was in October 2025. We were told that the drum was rusted and that it needed new parts and that we should consider just buying a new dryer. Keep in mind we are we only use that dryer when we are in town, which is typically 5 to 6 weeks a year. We escalated our situation to talk to the manager. We also talk to a third-party, a commercial coordinator for Mullets. We got absolutely no help. Pictures and videos were needed. Mullets were dragging their feet and unresponsive. One time my husband called and asked to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone would not allow him to speak to the manager and abruptly hung up on him. Over time, we eventually got to a manager, who promised that he would do everything to make things right. Soon after, just like everyone else we were ghosted, no response to emails or phone calls. After constant emailing and phone calls we were still with no response. Out of the blue they say they are going to fix the dryer with no cost to us (probably because of our constant nagging) They reinstall the dryer. The dryer rattles and makes noise on the inside. The technician couldn't help us because he's the installer. He's not the one who fixes dryers. So now we have to wait a couple weeks for a technician to come out to fix the dryer. Here we wait...mid January still waiting for our dryer to be fixed. ATTENTION -Do not buy from Mullets. All they care about is the sale. The Customer Service is beyond horrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. They will constantly give you the runaround and block you from talking to the manager. They do not follow up and they just don't care. Using them was the worst decision. I will absolutely let our designer know (who is the one who recommended Mullets) to find someone else to work with. Such a disappointment. I am sorry to earn some have had a bad experience. We have dealt with these folks for over four years, purchasing new appliances, as well as service. Never once, have we ever met an employee that wasn't gracious, personable, and professional. Nothing like having a local Small business to be there when you need them! Highly recommend them. My husband and I remodeled our house in January of this year. We wanted to give a local business our business instead of going through a chain. We ordered all new appliances from them. What a mistake! Alex never returned our phone calls. If we wanted anything to get done, we would have to drive 30 miles to address our issues. The washer was to have an agitator and when we received it, there was none. We called and called and got no response. I still have a washer with no agitator. Our gas stove panel had a huge dent. We called in April and it was just replaced this month. Here again we continually followed up. Alex never reached out to us with an update. If I could rate this store lower than a 1 I would. Far better than buying from the big box stores. Salesman actually knows his products and was able to point out the differences in the appliances we were looking at. At the end of the day, we got just what we wanted and paid less than other places. Appliances were delivered today and the crew was very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain the operation of the various appliances make sure we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend them! read more

I needed a new dishwasher and did not like the idea of buying from the big guys (HD, BB, Lowes), so many poor reviews online if anything goes wrong. My handyman recommended the local Mullets and the process was simple and easy, both Tom's were very helpful, especially when the first appliance had issues. Quickly addressed with a new appliance and the price was the same as the big guys. I hope these smaller local stores can stay in business! read more

There are lots of choices when it comes to Appliances - THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CHOICE YOU MAKE. Sales rep Tom Dougherty comment sums it up "....we just deliver appliances...". Mullet's Appliances are a low level establishment that touts old fashioned service but in reality they just want to deliver appliances and collect money. Customer service doesn't exist nor is it understood at any level. They don't care if they are delivering damaged or non working appliances as long as they are getting paid. We were recommended to Mullet's by a kitchen designer (that we fired) post Hurricane IAN. We ordered a complete kitchen of SUBZERO appliances to replace our flooded kitchen. The Appliances included; (2) COVE dishwashers, WOLF 48" cooktop, SUBZERO refrigerator, SUBZERO freezer, SUBZERO beverage drawers, WOLF Warming Drawer, THERMADOR smart oven and THERMADOR speed oven. When we ordered the SUBZERO appliances we faced 12 month ordering delays - we knew this and accepted it as we currently have SUBZERO appliances at another home and understand the SUBZERO difference. During the waiting period we received zero updates on the status of our order. At 12 months I emailed the sales rep Tom Dougherty three times for an update. No reply, so I called the office and left three messages. The following week I received an email that simply gave a targeted delivery date. Appliances arrived - Beverage drawers don't power on - needs a circuit board. One of the dishwashers has a broken bottom sprayer. Cooktop needs top pans and grates replaced as they were warped. OK I get it, things happen during shipping - but I'm told that I need to contact their office to setup repair?? WAIT - You are here installing them, why don't you just call and pass the information along as to what is needed? Cooktop was ordered with Silver knobs verse the standard red knobs - cooktop arrives with red knobs. I have to reach out to the sales guy and he informs me they will need to be ordered (what? I waited 14 months and you are now ordering them?). The next day I get invoiced for the remainder owed. I informed Tom three of the appliances don't work he simply sends me a phone number to call for repair. So I call, relay the info that I was given and then have to wait a week for someone to come look at the appliances to simply say - "Yep you're right, we will order the parts". There was never any followup on delivery - how are things, do you like, how'd it work out - something I have always gotten but that isn't really important. I had to contact their own company to setup repair of my brand new appliances and was told 7-10 days. Its been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. This A.M. after calling again I got a date for part arrival that is a week away. After a smart ass exchange on the phone with the sales rep regarding payment (it's all they are interested in - they could care less about you or your appliances) I called SUBZERO the manufacture. Wish I had done so a month ago - wonderful experience. They are a great company and have great products and truly understand both customer support and follow through. The client service rep stated that this is not a representation of what they want of their product and said that they handled several aspects of the delivery incorrectly and that they would call Mullet's to get everything right for me. read more

Avoid this business. Bought a full kitchen of appliances from Mullets. Thermador Range delivered, but the delivery team can't install the gas hook up. They also can't install the electrical hookup. So, need gas company to come separately BUT THEN STILL NEED a second service call from Mullets to install the electrical portion to the back of the oven. WHAT? They don't send a team to get the customer operational? They don't explain that it requires 3 visits? And they don't schedule the immediate electric hookup post delivery??? It requires multiple phone calls and appointment times. Fuse Appliances is better. read more

This company is the worst. I bought a house that was just finishing renovations from Ian storm damage. Complete renovation with new appliances from Mullets. The previous owner gave me the info that they bought the appliances from Mullets. The two wine coolers had problems shortly after I took possession of the new home. I contacted Mullets in October of 2024 and they notified me that the coolers were still under warranty and they would send a tech out. After two visits from techs and multiple delays and rescheduling on their part, my wine coolers still aren't working. They said they only had a tech in my area on Tuesdays.. now, they just called me and rescheduled from a March appointment and said the earliest they could get here is in Mid April. I most recently left a message for the owner who has yet to return my call. Plenty of other options out there.. don't use this company. read more

I left the Ferguson Showroom in Naples. What utter chaos! Poor appliance selection and layout. I immediately drive to Mullets because they were a distributor for all the high end appliances. The store front was sketchy but once I walked in, I saw how organized the layout for appliances was. Tom approached me to help and from there it went uphill. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. A total pleasant experience. They are 2nd generation local company, handle all dakes, deliveries, install and repair in house. That's a total benefit. They have a working kitchen for the high end appliances which is an added bonus for the end user. Let Ferguson stay with lighting and plumbing. Go to a locally owned store for your appliances. read more

We purchased all of our appliances from Mullets, decent sales experience other than the excessive time delays. It took three deliveries, the first installers were sloppy and left trash all over the kitchen floor and garage, they simply did not clean the trash up. The last two were better, both events were more professional and cleaned all the trash up. Made several attempts to get accounting information, seem to be terribly unorganized regarding the office staff. read more

Where do I begin? I implore anyone looking to purchase appliances not to step foot in Mullets. I was recommended by my contractor and thus did not look at their reviews - a mistake I will never make again. They (Wilson, the manager especially) are dismissive, non-communicative, and will tell you anything to get you off the phone during the rare occasion that you can speak to anyone besides the person they hired just to answer the phone. In Feb 2023 I ordered an entire kitchen worth of appliances. I explained that I was doing a gut renovation and would not need the appliances until October 2023. I was told no problem that they would hold everything in their warehouse for me and that there is about a 3 month wait for all appliances to be delivered to their warehouse (so everything should have been at their warehouse around May 2023). With that assurance I donated my kitchen appliances and started my renovation. In October, about 2 weeks before I needed delivery, I called to schedule and was nonchalantly informed that only 3 of the 6 appliances ordered were in the warehouse. What???? How could that be??? And without any head's up notice. They scrambled to get the other appliances but could not get the refrigerator, and I took delivery of everything except the frig in November 2023 - a few weeks after I needed them, but okay. When I asked about a loaner, I was told by Wilson (manager) that they did not have a loaner and that I should buy a refrigerator on sale at Best Buy. He really said that - no joke. I wound up spending $800 on a small no frills frig from Costco while I waited for my refrigerator. I was told in November 2023 that my frig would not be shipped until Feb 2024, a full year from when it was ordered and 9 months after they told me it would be at their warehouse. After reading the reviews I now understand what they do - they sell my refrigerator once it's delivered and then order a new one, sell that one and they keep doing it until I need mine. It usually works for them because they generally can have a new frig relatively quickly, but It backfired this time. Anyway, February came and I called to inquire (it took about 5 attempts before I could get anyone on the phone) and was told that they would deliver it on Feb. 27th. I was beyond excited! Little did I know they just told me that to get me off their back. I called the morning of Feb 27th and asked for a window period for delivery and was told it would be delivered between 11:00 and 2:00pm that day. At 2:30 I called because the delivery was late and was told that they didn't even have the refrigerator in their warehouse. WHAT?? How does one set up an appointment to deliver something they do not even have?? I took a day off, and stayed home all day and they never even had a refrigerator to deliver. They couldn't even give me a date that they would have it. I had enough at this point and ordered a refrigerator elsewhere. It was delivered within 2 weeks. Just today I received a phone call from Mullets telling me that they want to schedule my refrigerator delivery for TOMORROW!! Really??? After all of my unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls, the sales agent was irate and had the nerve to ask my why I didn't call and tell them I purchased a refrigerator elsewhere. When I explained to him that communication Is a 2 way street, he hung up on me. You get what you give and Mullets did not deserve a phone call after all the lies, unanswered messages and emails I left, but they certainly deserve this review. read more

Not enough space to write- nice stove to look at - got the storeroom model- 1. Can't boil 2 pots of water at the same time- was told it uses energy so that only can boil one at a time......... 2. set the oven temperature and open the door and oven stops heating 3. Ordered parts but the repair guy there for 5 hours- not sure what he did a lot of programing- for did not tell me he did not fix it- for needs to download something else. - We waited for 1-2 months for the part he ordered, and I called to see if part was in "oh yes it's been here for a while now: 4. Service manager said they will be there- today - yesterday- I called nope- will come today- nope "no sense in coming for they need something downloaded for the computer and have not gotten it yet: 5. The timer does time, but it does not go off or have volumne- oh yeah so, we over baked and timer went off without any noise/ sound- so now we have to use "Alexa" to time our cooking/ baking. 6. Called owner twice at the very least would of like a call back being I am a business owner and my partner a Naples physician. No call back from owner- called twice they don't seem to care- I told them if I did not get a call back to have good customer service I would write a bad review- well no call. 7. So now I will reach out to the company itself- I am sure the manufacter would like to know how there appliance or vendors are taking care of their customers. 8. Going on one year- still oven not working- ok so I can still use Alexa as a timer - no worries! 9. repair man nice- be prepared to learn his political view All we want is to have a stove that works, so many cancelled appointments - have someone return our calls thus far the only person returning calls was the service manager- at least someone has customer services. read more

I called for service on my Sub Zero Refrigerator which was leaking water all over my floor. The service appointment was canceled twice at the last minute for various reasons such as family emergency and overbooked. So if you were overbooked why call the day of to let the customer know. You didn't know that at least a day ahead of appointment. Completely unprofessional!!!! read more

We have been purchasing our high end kitchen appliances from Mullet's for the last 10 years and have experienced excellent service and custom installation. Our most recent purchase was Nov.18, 2019, a subzero refrigerator. The staff is seasoned and knows their products well. Due to the high end products they carry, it is not a store one shops at if you're looking for a "deal" on appliances. I was shocked to read the previous review of 4/13/29. We have never experienced an issue like that! read more
