We purchased an oven range from them that has not worked at all. They sent three technicians out from a third party appliance servicing company as they do not have their own technicians. Neither could fix the problem. Spoke to managers Eric and Brandon and they now refuse to refund or even warranty. They want to keep sending repair men out at the expense of "Whirlpool" they state. Hours of repairmen in the house taking stove apart and now it really is stripped of any newness and not working at all. They refuse to refund so we will have to litigate this in court.
