Yikes- EVERYONE gave them 1 star and said they were overinflated- and there are some 5 star reviews- but they're obviously bots or people on the team as they only have a few reviews. Thankfully I saw this before agreeing to pay, so they packed up and left. Like I said, the repairman was professional and he was just doing his job. Do better Mr Appliance! Not all of us are old rich people in Naples who don't look at the cost of things. Update: I called a company with excellent reviews on Yelp. They came by the next day and gave me an estimate for 1/3 the price that this company gave me. The parts they use are professional and they stand by their work for 6 months! I'm so glad I looked for a new company. And, to Mr. Appliance who assumed I was budget conscious... no- I am very well off, I just don't appreciate being taken advantage of, which clearly was happening. He said there was no way to install the part because it can only be installed at the factory using foam adhesive pressed in. Otherwise, he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer drains which solved the two problems of excessive moisture and ice accumulation. Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.

Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it..
