I think this is a disgruntle employee and there is more behind the story. I just had a Tesla charger put in my garage by Eric's Electrical Service. I must say from the first phone call to the next (I had to reschedule) the staff was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I think it was Niki that I spoke with (sorry if I messed up on that name). I was scheduled for 8 am - 8:30 am and Will showed up right at 8 am. He helped me move a few things around in the garage and went to work. He was done in 45 minutes. He was polite, knew what he needed to do and cheerful.. He even helped me move things back. Now if only he could have stayed a few more hours to help with other tasks. Eric's Electrical hired a professional in Will, in every aspect. Very customer oriented, polite, knowledgeable and a true southern gentleman. Yes Will, your mother raised you right. You are truly an example of what it takes to be in your field of work. Thank you Will. And thank you Eric 's Electrical. I will surely call you in the future for all my electrical needs.

Great service call from Jessie. Honestly advised that the replacement refrigerator door gasket…read morecould not be used to replace the manufacturer's now damaged part. He said there was no way to install the part because it can only be installed at the factory using foam adhesive pressed in. Otherwise, he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer drains which solved the two problems of excessive moisture and ice accumulation. Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.

Highly recommended! I contacted Raimond at Absolut Appliance Services last week regarding an issue…read moreI had with the start knob on my GE dryer. He asked me to send him photos of the start knob, which was cracked, along with the dryer model number. He responded almost immediately with his recommendation and shared that I could perform a DIY fix without a service call to fix the issue. In his reply, he sent me a photo of the replacement knob I needed, along with the part number and a vendor that supplied GE OEM products that I could order from directly. He also mentioned that I should be sure to remove the black metal ring inside the broken knob so the replacement knob would fit correctly. With his help, I was able to fix the issue without a service call and install the replacement knob myself. Be aware that Raimond gave me this coaching free of charge during his very busy business day, and I cannot thank him enough for his kind help. If I ever have an issue with my appliances in the future, he will be my first call as he has earned a future customer for life. We had a very frustrating experience with Diamond Appliance Repair LLC…read more In our experience, we paid a $125 diagnostic fee for a technician to evaluate a dryer that was making unusual noises. The technician was at our home for about 30 minutes and, to the best of our observation, did not open the machine or perform what we would consider a thorough inspection before offering an opinion. The interaction itself was just as concerning. When my wife asked reasonable, straightforward questions, the technician responded with, "I'm the professional." We perceived his tone as dismissive and condescending. It raised a serious concern for us that he may have been talking down to her, and in our opinion, it felt as though she was not being taken seriously--possibly because she is a woman. When I contacted the company afterward to address these concerns, the response from ownership, in my opinion, was defensive and unproductive. Rather than working toward a resolution, I was told, in substance, that I was "too cheap to do the diagnostic myself," which I found both inaccurate and unprofessional. Based on our experience, and after reviewing other publicly available customer feedback, it is our opinion that the $125 diagnostic fee did not reflect the level of service provided. This review reflects our personal experience and opinions only. Others may have different experiences, but we strongly encourage potential customers to clearly understand what the diagnostic process includes before agreeing to service.

Certified Heating and Cooling,Inc. $$$…read moreSERVICE REQUESTED: I have an annual agreement with this office, and it has been a great value. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.
