Highly recommended! I contacted Raimond at Absolut Appliance Services last week regarding an issue I had with the start knob on my GE dryer. He asked me to send him photos of the start knob, which was cracked, along with the dryer model number. He responded almost immediately with his recommendation and shared that I could perform a DIY fix without a service call to fix the issue. In his reply, he sent me a photo of the replacement knob I needed, along with the part number and a vendor that supplied GE OEM products that I could order from directly. He also mentioned that I should be sure to remove the black metal ring inside the broken knob so the replacement knob would fit correctly. With his help, I was able to fix the issue without a service call and install the replacement knob myself. Be aware that Raimond gave me this coaching free of charge during his very busy business day, and I cannot thank him enough for his kind help. If I ever have an issue with my appliances in the future, he will be my first call as he has earned a future customer for life. If you ever need a trustworthy, top quality appliance repair services company, please give Raimond Absolut Appliance Services a call! read more

Despite the claim of 24/7 service we were told "call Monday". Person who answered was anything but helpful. Go elsewhere.

Raimondo did excellent work fixing my dryer, however I wish he would have worn a mask while doing the repair work. It made me feel uncomfortable. My daughter and myself were masks so I thought it may have provided incentive for him to wear one but he did not. read more

We called. He came within a half hour and fixed our issue. He didn't rush out and stayed to ensure it was working properly. Definitely recommend!! read more

I needed to replace the glass top on my GE oven. After researching and contacting several local appliance repair businesses I decided to use Absolut Appliance Repair. I spoke to Raimond of Absolut Appliance Repair. Raimond quoted me a price for parts and labor that seemed more reasonable than the other businesses. He told me he would order the part and call me as soon as he received it. He estimated that it would take 3 or 4 days to receive the part. The glass top arrived on the third day following our telephone conversation and I made an appointment with Raimond for the installation. Raimond arrived at my home on time. He was very efficient and completed the repair without issue. Raimond is knowledgeable, professional, honest and courteous. I highly recommend Absolut Appliance Repair. read more

We called three appliance repair services and Absolut was the most responsive. Raimund is fast and efficient, he knows what he is doing. He ordered our parts for our GE Profile range and microwave, without a down payment, then when they arrived he came right away to install them. He is to the point and very frank in his demeanor. I would definitely call him again. read more

Excellent service! Raimond/Absolut Appliance arrived as promised, on time. He diagnosed my 20-year-old GE dryer problems within a few minutes, gave me a reasonable quote for repairs (he has most common parts already on hand, he tells me), then finished the repairs, all within about an hour. This has saved substantial expense for me - replacement of that dryer, plus a "matching" washer (mine is still working fine) would have been $600 or more. This is Raimond's 2nd entirely-satisfactory job for me. I recommend him without reservation. read more

These folks successfully repaired a dryer of mine back in May of 2012. At the time I was not crazy about Raimond's demeanor as I thought he was condescending and curt. Anyway, my range went out recently so I took a chance and called them again. I scheduled the appointment for my tenant. Raimond specifically asked for my number in addition to my tenant's number. Anyway, apparently they called my tenant about an hour before the service window to confirm. For whatever reason they could not get in touch with my tenant (she uses Metro PCS and has a weak signal). They made no attempt to call me, the one who would be paying for the service. To make a long story short, they did not come. My tenant finally called them at 4 PM which was the "to" side of the service window. Raimond said that he wouldn't come since she did not answer her phone, and offered to reschedule for the next week. My tenant then notified me. I called Raimond immediately to inquire why he didn't call me, and he rudely asked "Who has the range that needs to be repaired? You or your tenant?" At that point I knew that I was going to get nowhere with Raimond so I ended the call and wished him a nice day. In summary, I believe Raimond is probably adept at what he does, but from a customer service perspective, he is rude, condescending, and not at all nice. read more
