I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and used a service tech from their list to install it. Home Depot Tech could not install my dishwasher properly and end up causing a lot of damage to my kitchen. I end up firing him on the spot. That's when I searched for company that had great reviews and found A-Tech Appiance Repair. They sent me one of their Tech name Jason and he was awesome. He checked what had been done and corrected all Home Depot Tech improper installation. The most significant was the drain hose going into my garbage disposal and secured it very professionally in my kitchen space much better than before. He also tested ran the dishwasher to make sure everything was running properly before he left. They were very responsive, communicated with me effectively throughout the installation, very clean, protect your home while working and the price was exceptional. So wanted to start off by saying i moved into my house on Saturday . found out the fridge didn't work good and the smell inside of it was horrible . long story short i reached out to a-tech at 2:45 pm / and she scheduled for Jason to bring me out my new/used fridge same day .. Jason arrived at my house at 8:30 that night . was a real people person explained to him we had to travel around the house in the dirt to get to the back door . I called A-Tech Appliance Repair on a GE stackable dryer noise and other issues. The person handling scheduling was very nice and I also received a call on the day of the appointment giving me a heads up on the arrival of the tech during the appointment window. He quickly diagnosed the problems and he sourced the factory parts for the repair and installed them the next day. I also had him look at a refrigerator too and he found things that were affecting the cooling and repaired those for me too and it's running like new again. He is fast to respond, VERY knowledgeable on appliances he does great top quality professional work, he is honest and he charges very fair prices. I can't recommend highly enough. Our service request was for our Sub-zero wine cooler. We were extremely pleased with Jason's professionalism, diligence and knowledge, just to state a few of his qualities. He was very patient and worked for 4-1/2 hours to find and fix the problem, which we were told by a different company, was not repairable. Our microwave was not working. Jason tested various components, the magnatron had failed. In advance of Jason's visit we bought a new microwave, just in case.
