Read this to the end: Our LG French Door refrigerator stopped making ice. Jason, their LG specialist determined that the ice maker fan needed to be replaced. The party was ordered and installed a few days later. I determined the freezer temp was 23-33F after 24 hours. The owner came out and added a little coolent and over the next 24 hours the temperature was still was in the same range as before. Jason came back and found 1 electrical connector disconnected. All is working perfectly now. So in a world of many dishonest businesses, Apex did not falsely claim any additional parts were needed, there were no additional charges after the fan replacement, and they were so professional and friendly.
