I needed to have my dryer repaired, but after 3 service calls and several more phone calls, my dryer still didn't work. The employee who answered the phone each time was rude, refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to send a different repair tech. I finally decided to replace my dryer, and when the installer arrived, he was unable to install the new dryer because the repair technician had pulled my dryer vent out of the wall. Of course, the repair tech never mentioned that he had done serious damage to my wall and dryer vent when he was failing to fix my dryer on multiple occasions. So now I have not only spent time and money on repairs and a new dryer, but I still can't dry my clothes and I'm going to have to pay to fix damage that the Trinity Appliance employee caused. The owner, Doyle, at Trinity appliance repair in Bradenton Florida was terrific! I was so delighted to find him, especially during the holiday. He was the only one who was willing to come out, but actually diagnosed on the telephone! Brilliant. He eventually came out and repaired my dishwasher and it was just like he had diagnosed over the telephone listening to it on the telephone. I was delighted to have somebody, punctual, fit, and fairly priced; I will keep him on my speed dial. read more

I wish I had read some reviews before calling Trinity for my microwave repair. I chose them because they were local, family owned. I only needed a light bulb replaced in my microwave. A young man came out and had no idea where the light bulb was. He tried to take off the front panel to get to it and couldn't get it off so he told me it could not be replaced and I needed to replace the unit. I paid him a service charge of $69.99. I called GE and they told me the bulb could be replaced! I have called Trinity several times asking if they would send out someone who knows how to do it and they do not return my calls. Even if they do not want to do it , I think they should at least return my calls. read more

Refrigerator broke down full of food that I just bought for the upcoming holidays. Called Trinity after 5 pm, and left a message. Within minutes, Doyle got back to me and came out.
