I called to get an estimate and was told a technician would call me to discuss the following day. Within an hour Larry called and said it probably is not a gasket but he would come by and check to be sure before ordering the part. He was not sure when he would be able to come by (same day or next) but would call first. Larry came by in a couple of hours and confirmed it was not a bad gasket. He determined I had replaced the door shelves incorrectly and over time it caused the door not to seal. Once they were put in the correct position the door sealed like a charm. The scheduling was a little challenging, but Dalton the tech fix my LG fridge the same day. He had a compressor on his truck. LG said the flat fee servicing was for thier fridges that are less than 10 years old. After that period I can use All Pro to keep my fridges running.
