He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits. Instead I had to buy a chest freezer to buy time for LG to take a month to fix thier 7 year old fridge's faulty compressor design. 5 Aug 2025 update: The LG rep came yesterday and I was impressed with his knowledge and skill. The scheduling was a little challenging, but Dalton the tech fix my LG fridge the same day. He had a compressor on his truck. LG said the flat fee servicing was for thier fridges that are less than 10 years old. After that period I can use All Pro to keep my fridges running.
