He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits. He gave a quick, expert diagnosis of the problem (no "it could be ect). So when you have an appliance issue call A-Tech you will thank me :) *. No charge for the first visit even though he traveled to our place. Pricing was upfront and never changed.

I decided on Appliance Doctor Pro after finding them on Yelp and Google and I truly wish I never…read moreheard or called Appliance Doctor Pro for service. The technician, Ismayil, did not properly diagnose the problem and came to a conclusion after spending 2 minutes behind the refrigerator. He said the problem was low freon. When I inquired how did he come to this conclusion and how do he know if its not something else, he acted as if he could not speak English. He refused to leave the house until he received the $79. for the diagnose fee despite he was not able to fix the problem of low freon because he didn't have any. I called the headquarter office and spoke with Jacob and shared my fears. I paid and he stated he would return later that day. A few hours later, Ismayil returned with freon and added it to the refrigerator. During this time, I noticed as he was adding freon the refrigerator was making loud violent noises which it was not making prior to him working on the refrigerator. I asked him why the system is making this noise and Ismayil response was its the system receiving the freon and it will go away as the refrigerator starts to cool. This was around 5:59 pm. It is now 7:20 am and the refrigerator has not cold to normal operating standards, and in fact is warmer. The system is still making loud noise as well, which it was not during until Ismayil started working on the system. I'm now out of $300+ dollars and most likely will have to but a new refrigerator due to the damage caused by this company. I wish I never called these people. Do not contact them as their staff are unprofessional, rude, poorly trained, incompetent, liars.

I have now had multiple appointments scheduled with a 3 hour service window, and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. I rearranged my day more than once just to sit and wait for a technician who never came. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. I do not understand how this company has positive reviews on google, when based on my experience they are the worse. Reached out on Yelp through the project section and messaged 6 placed. Big Mikes was the first to respond and had the appointment set within 20 mins. The service tech arrived on time, had the parts with him and was able to fix it on the spot. He was in and out within 10 mins. The diagnostic, parts and labor was around $230. According to Google, it can be anywhere between $150 and $350 so to me it was a good deal! Also, came with a 100 day warranty! Will def call again if needed. :)
