Otherwise, I still feel the same about dispatch and the way my situation was handled by their manager and dispatch, no accountability. They advised they do not service Naples on Saturdays but they are based out of Naples and their hours show otherwise. I received a call from them to provide an update after my service. I am giving 3 stars because of their outstanding technician. This has been, without question, the most unprofessional appliance repair service I have ever dealt with. Initially, an appointment was scheduled for Saturday, January 3, to inspect our refrigerator, as the lower section was not cooling. I agreed to this date specifically because I would be returning from a trip by then. Despite this, the company arrived Friday morning, January 2, while I was out of the state, and left a card at my door. I was later informed that they "do not usually service Naples on Saturdays," which is confusing given that the company is based in Naples and had scheduled the Saturday appointment themselves. Today, January 5, I received a call stating the technician was 30 minutes away. I received a voicemail from the technician and spoke directly with dispatch to confirm the appointment. After waiting well beyond the stated timeframe, I called back and was told the technician had left because they did not have the gate code. This is especially concerning, as the technician had previously gained access to the property to leave a card at my door. At no point during my conversation with dispatch earlier today was I asked to provide the gate code, nor did the lady from dispatch attempt to contact me again to request it. When I questioned this, I was told that I "should have provided it," despite having every reason to believe the company already had access information based on the prior visit. This lack of communication, coordination, and accountability is unacceptable.

    I had bought appliances from another dealer Who uses…read moregulfcoast My new dryer was making a vibrating noise that quietly died down after 20 minutes They came 2 days after called(made appointment) Miguel came over took unit apart and couldn't find where issue was said he will order parts After he left he called and came right back and took unit apart and this time found maybe where was so he ordered multiple parts and I mean multiple parts So some parts were b/o Gulfcoast kept me updated at all times Once parts came on they were back in 48 hours Long story short dryer is not making noise Very happy with service they provided

    Bought a new GEProfile dryer that was defective upon delivery. Asked for it to be returned…read moreimmediately and driver wouldn't. After 3 different service diagnosis they will not return it. Sales person, manager or owner won't call back. We returned to store and got no satisfaction. If appliance is defective upon delivery don't expect any customer service. They literally want to rebuild a dryer in my home, replacing parts until they think it will work. Totally don't trust that we will have a good outcome. GE customer service told us that it was up to the store to make good on this dryer. it was completely out of their responsibility and can't make them pick the dryer up. Who would want to pay over $900.00 for a defective item and let the store try fixes till it is right?

    We renovated our place here in Naples. We bought our appliances from Mullets. The company came…read morerecommended. After a couple of years, our dryer stopped working. The technician came out and couldn't fix it and needed to take it back to the shop. This was in October 2025. We were told that the drum was rusted and that it needed new parts and that we should consider just buying a new dryer. Keep in mind we are we only use that dryer when we are in town, which is typically 5 to 6 weeks a year. We escalated our situation to talk to the manager. We also talk to a third-party, a commercial coordinator for Mullets. We got absolutely no help. Pictures and videos were needed. Mullets were dragging their feet and unresponsive. One time my husband called and asked to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone would not allow him to speak to the manager and abruptly hung up on him. Over time, we eventually got to a manager, who promised that he would do everything to make things right. Soon after, just like everyone else we were ghosted, no response to emails or phone calls. After constant emailing and phone calls we were still with no response. Out of the blue they say they are going to fix the dryer with no cost to us (probably because of our constant nagging) They reinstall the dryer. The dryer rattles and makes noise on the inside. The technician couldn't help us because he's the installer. He's not the one who fixes dryers. So now we have to wait a couple weeks for a technician to come out to fix the dryer. Here we wait...mid January still waiting for our dryer to be fixed. ATTENTION -Do not buy from Mullets. All they care about is the sale. The Customer Service is beyond horrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. They will constantly give you the runaround and block you from talking to the manager. They do not follow up and they just don't care. Using them was the worst decision. I will absolutely let our designer know (who is the one who recommended Mullets) to find someone else to work with. Such a disappointment. I will share my experience with my friends and neighbors.
