I had a great experience with Lightshare Appliance Repair in Naples. I called because my GE Profile refrigerator was making a very loud noise, and Alex was able to come out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the refrigerator fan, defrosted and cleaned the necessary areas, and also repaired my ice maker because it was not making ice properly. Everything was completed professionally, and now the refrigerator is quiet and working perfectly again. I also had a problem with my GE Profile dishwasher. It was not heating properly. Alex carefully diagnosed the dishwasher, disassembled it to find the problem, ordered the correct blower and replacement parts, and came back to complete the repair. Now the dishwasher is heating and working normally again. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and responsive Alex was. He explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure both appliances were working correctly. I highly recommend Lightshare Appliance Repair for GE Profile refrigerator repair, ice maker repair, dishwasher repair, and same-day appliance service in Naples, Florida. Excellent service and a very positive experience! read more

I should have written this review a long time ago! About six months ago, I had a problem with my oven and found this company through Yelp. I'm glad I did. Alex came out, diagnosed the problem, and found that the control board needed to be replaced. He ordered/replaced the control board, completed the repair professionally, and got my oven working properly again. Six months later, the oven is still working great with no problems. The funny part is that during the service we realized Alex is actually my neighbor! Small world. I recently came back to Yelp to review another company and realized that I had completely forgotten to leave Alex the review he deserved. Thank you, Yelp, for helping me find a great local appliance repair company, and thank you, Alex, for doing such a good job on my oven. Definitely recommend! read more

I found Alex from LightShare Appliance Repair through Google, and I have to say -- thank you Google for actually recommending the right person this time! My GE Profile gas dryer is an expensive machine, and it had become very noisy from years of use. Alex took it apart, showed me exactly what was worn, and replaced the felt seal, belt, rollers and the other worn parts that were causing the noise. He also serviced and lubricated the bearing, put everything back together and tested it. Now the dryer is running smooth and quiet again. I really appreciated that Alex explained everything and showed me the old parts instead of just giving me a bill. Very happy I found him through Google. Great service, very knowledgeable, and definitely someone I would call again. read more

I called this company when my fridge suddenly stopped cooling and all my food was about to go bad -- it was pretty urgent. They managed to send a technician the same day, which I really appreciated. The technician clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in simple terms (no confusing technical jargon), and offered a fair solution. The repair was done on the spot, quickly and neatly. What stood out the most was their honesty -- no upselling, no trying to replace parts that didn't need fixing. The final price matched exactly what they quoted upfront. Now my fridge works like new, maybe even quieter than before Definitely recommend and will use their services again. read more

Alex responded to our request for a repair to our refrigerator within 10 minutes and he was here within the hour. That's pretty amazing for Easter week in Naples, Florida. He assessed the repair returned hours later to make the repair. However, the problem was trickier than he originally thought so we had to come back the next morning. It took forever for the refrigerator to adjust temperature, but it finally happened and he was excellent at following up and proposing suggestions. He had previously repaired a wine cooler for us, and that also was done expeditiously and quickly. He sometimes hard to understand because of his Ukrainian accent, but he is an honest and hard worker. read more

I used Lightshare Appliance Repair for the second time this year, this time for my Samsung dryer. The dryer is over five years old, and I was thinking about replacing it, but Alex told me it was still a good quality machine and made sense to repair. I decided to go with the repair instead of buying a new dryer. The total was a little over $400, and the service included a 90 day warranty, which made me feel comfortable with the decision. Alex was on time, professional, and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to complete the repair the same day. I appreciate the honest advice and good service and would use Lightshare Appliance Repair again. read more

My refrigerator stopped working and, as it usually happens, I discovered it on late Friday afternoon. I started calling repair companies, but they either didn't pick up the phone or have the earliest appointment on Tuesday. Then a friend of mine recommended to contact Lightshare Appliances. Alex came in on time as scheduled on Saturday morning. He inspected the fridge thoroughly and pointed out where a thorough cleaning is needed. He was able to fix the current problem and came back a few days later with other parts to complete the service. The fee was very reasonable by Naples standarts and I am happy to find a reliable and knowledgeable tech person. Andrey S. read more

We found LightShare Appliance Repair here on Yelp after reading the reviews, so we decided to give them a call. The service call was only $33. The technician came out, checked our GE Profile washer, and found a problem with the drain pump. We were actually thinking about buying a new washing machine, but he gave us a fair price for the repair, so we decided to fix it instead. The washer is working again now, and I'm writing this review because Yelp is where we found the company in the first place. Thank you to the technician for the good service, and thank you Yelp for helping us find a local appliance repair company. I would recommend giving them a call. read more

Normal guy, looks like maybe slavic or something. He came first time to fix my fridge, I didnt really understand everything he say, his english not very good or maybe he just dont talk much, not sure. But he did everything fast and good, no extra talking. After couple months I call him again for dryer, same thing -- he came same day and fix it right away, didnt delay or nothing. Price was actually good, even cheaper then many people here in South West Florida, I was thinking it gonna be more. So yeah if you need someone who really works and not just talking, you can call him. Young guy but he know what he doing, calm type, just do his job and go. read more

My refrigerator stopped working. I called Lightshare Appliance and spoke with Alex at 9:00 am. Even though it was a Saturday, he told me he would be at my condo before 11:00. He arrived shortly after 10:00. He determined the part that needed replaced and could have a replacement part ordered this afternoon for repair early next week. Due to the age of the refrigerator, I decided to purchase a new one. The service call cost was very reasonable and his quote for repair cost was lower than I expected. I will definitely recommend him to friends and call on him if future needs arise. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. This specialist is simply top-notch. Everything was clear, fast, to the point, and with the utmost attention to detail. It's obvious that he really knows his stuff and focuses on results, not just churning out work. I was especially pleased with his attitude: he's always available, explains things in plain language, and offers the best solutions--not the most expensive ones.
