I spoke with the manager, and he said he couldn't do anything and to call the manufacturer, Sharp. I would have been happy if he offered me a discount to replace the microwave after all the business I have given them over the years. If you buy from Bill Smith, take out a 5-year warranty on all appliances and be prepared to get many visits from their technicians that will cost a fortune.
