Upon asking why, I'm told the city inspector is apparently making blanket, unreasonable evaluations of meters and is requiring replacement no matter the condition. I contacted the city and spoke with another inspector. (The city inspector I spoke with disputed such claims.) Be that as it may, I obviously need to restart the estimating process all over again to include meter replacement. In the meantime, I asked that my client's deposit be returned. These events took place around 8/24/17. He indicated that he couldn't return my client's deposit right away. He was owed a lot of money from customers. No credit has been processed to my client's credit card and the contractor has billed me personally for $185 as well as threatening to file a lien against my client's property. $685 and no work done. They would not give us receipts for the lights, and we refused to pay until we got all the receipts/paperwork. Next day, the tenants at the home had their car tires slashed! Have owned the home for 15 years never happened before. I am sure the tech did it late the evening. Two days later they went to the court and got a mechanic's lien on both homes and added $3000.00 to the bill! Mind you the bill was $800.00, prior to adding $3000.00 Dangerous Scammers! Stay away!

First, a carburetor was replaced and after two service calls and finding out that wasn't the problem, the generator was removed and taken in to the shop. The final verdict was determined to be a blown head gasket. The employees that I dealt with, Leslie, and the two repair techs were great. Daniel and Reynaldo worked hard to get the problem resolved. However, after spending over $4000.00 I feel I should own stock in that company, or at the very least, be nominated for customer of the year! I realize that they are not a "not for profit" company, but a couple of relatively cheap parts and maybe 10 hours of labor, really??? If not for the fact that I am leaving on a long planned trip, I would have sought out a less expensive alternative.
