"BEWARE OF NAPLES GENERATOR…read more Naples Generator provides annual service for my generator at a cost of $250 per year. On 10-2-22 I contacted them to have them come to check the generator because it was not working during the emergency hurricane circumstances affecting our community. At no time was I told that the service call would result in a $350 charge to my credit card. This is an example of the price gouging that takes place during times of emergency by some companies. My neighbor was told by the technician there was nothing he could do indicating there was a gas problem. He was there for all of 10 minutes. I also never gave this company permission to store my credit card in their company records allowing them to process any charge they wish to at any time without my knowledge or permission. The charge was posted to my credit card five minutes after the technician left the property without my knowledge or permission. This is the way they treat their annual customers. I have informed them to terminate any future business and will dispute this charge with my credit card company. I am also requesting that Chase demand that they remove my credit card information from their company records and to decline any future charges posted by Naples Generator.

My panel had some issues as well! Austin meticulously worked his way to the root of the problem while explaining the issues he found along the way. He never pressured me into upselling the problems he found but made it clear there needs to be a remedy sooner than later to the issues found. I can honestly say that FL is plagued with shoddy workmanship and contractors so coming across his honest service was a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for an Electrician that cares about his customers beyond just fixing what he was called out for, I would point you in his direction. He will 100% be coming back to my house to do future work. I truly TRULY can't thank him enough. Best sparky on this side of the Mississipp! Personally, I like supporting small business over big companies and him being a local is just another plus to an already outstanding experience. Thank you Austin!

Jose was incredibly friendly, respectful, and took pride in his work. Not only did he handle the electrical work we originally called him for with skill and precision, but he also made fantastic suggestions we never would have thought of -- ideas that improved the project and saved us money. It's rare to find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest.
