I think this is a disgruntle employee and there is more behind the story. I just had a Tesla charger put in my garage by Eric's Electrical Service. I must say from the first phone call to the next (I had to reschedule) the staff was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I think it was Niki that I spoke with (sorry if I messed up on that name). I was scheduled for 8 am - 8:30 am and Will showed up right at 8 am. He helped me move a few things around in the garage and went to work. He was done in 45 minutes. He was polite, knew what he needed to do and cheerful.. He even helped me move things back. Now if only he could have stayed a few more hours to help with other tasks. Eric's Electrical hired a professional in Will, in every aspect. Very customer oriented, polite, knowledgeable and a true southern gentleman. Yes Will, your mother raised you right. You are truly an example of what it takes to be in your field of work. Thank you Will. And thank you Eric 's Electrical. I will surely call you in the future for all my electrical needs.

I had a contract with them to check on my system every six months. Well, they never checked anything of importance since the Freon was extremely low, and there was a buildup of bacterial gunk that was never cleaned out. I have canceled my contract with them and want to warn other customers to make sure they do their job since they did not do that for me.

We live in a large home/condominium community; neighbors and off-site friends visited and viewed their work. It didn't take experts in construction to recognize multiple deficiencies. After refusing to return to fix the problem for 7 weeks, I called another electrician. He found 8 code violations. Gulf Shore convinced me they didn't need an inspection, since it was a "repair". Wrong. Violations included flex conduit on outside of pilings, several junction boxes too close to water, missing GFI breakers, too many wires in conduit, missing strapping and worst low voltage pool light wire in conduit with high voltage wires. Gulf Shore tried to blame me in that my budget wouldn't include replacement of wire from panel to dock. If so, then why did second electrician remove and replace 100% of Gulf Shores' dock wiring plus new wire from dock to panel plus correct code violations from prior Gulf Shore pool work for less than Gulf Shores' dock power only?
