She was very pleasant and displayed a great attitude for dealing with customers. They have a large computer board where you can not only pick out your lighting but it has all the dimensions of the lights you can choose from. The boss came over and asked to help me load my chandelier in my car. I later reached out to technician in store for additional instructions and he was more than willing to help. Great selection and service. They were Reccomended by our neighbor and we are pleased with every aspect of the process. Installer helped move a large glass top table, put down a drop cloth to catch any debris and left out home as clean as he found it. We recently completed our new home in Naples and needed ceiling fans and hanging lights in the kitchen. Our realtor/friend recommended Lighting First as a good store to deal with. They had a great selection and the sales person we dealt with Sylvia was very helpful. We have had everything installed by them and the installer was excellent and very nice. One of the fans started making s clicking noise which I told Sylvia. With 24 hours it was remedied. Just speaking with Todd I learned more information about my options than I had with the two previous companies that I had met with. They showed up to the job when expected and completed on time. Low quality fixtures, worst customer service, and no certified electricians for installs. I would never buy from them again. Took four try's and several phone calls to put a $2000.00 chandelier up and still not right. They have an excuse for everything that they didn't want to make the install correct. Asked up front to leave all manufacture paperwork that came in boxes with us. They took everything with them and when asked for it would not provide it. Insisted dimmer lights blinking is normal, not. Insisted our ceiling not straight so escutcheon not level, wrong. ( installer kept saying "well no one looks up") Dirty hands and head on our newly painted ceilings, very unprofessional. Used our $7000.00 dining table for their work table. Had to ask 2x not to use as workbench during installation. Asked for another installer on second try and they sent same one. This company is running on a shoestring. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. These people are the worst to deal with. They only want your money, not interested in quality and customer satisfaction. Absolutely no pride in their cheap lights and installations. read more
