This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales that way too! :)

Order took over 4 weeks to fulfill and deliver. Yet ordered 2 large medicine cabinets from Ferguson Inc. direct and received them via FedEx within 2 days. Toto toilet was on backorder 2 months so I finally cancelled that item as construction had begun and my plumber needed a toilet to install. Ferguson Naples set up delivery of 1 item and the pickup of 2 of 3 items attached to the toilet. Ferguson delivery never showed and my calls to inquire "why" were Not returned. ..meanwhile I'm chasing after a $900+ refund from Ferguson Naples Showroom. Be forwarned. Order directly from Ferguson online and ship to your home. You'll get your items much, much quicker and easily tracked!
