I think this is a disgruntle employee and there is more behind the story. I just had a Tesla charger put in my garage by Eric's Electrical Service. I must say from the first phone call to the next (I had to reschedule) the staff was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I think it was Niki that I spoke with (sorry if I messed up on that name). I was scheduled for 8 am - 8:30 am and Will showed up right at 8 am. He helped me move a few things around in the garage and went to work. He was done in 45 minutes. He was polite, knew what he needed to do and cheerful.. He even helped me move things back. Now if only he could have stayed a few more hours to help with other tasks. Eric's Electrical hired a professional in Will, in every aspect.
