On 10-2-22 I contacted them to have them come to check the generator because it was not working during the emergency hurricane circumstances affecting our community. At no time was I told that the service call would result in a $350 charge to my credit card. This is an example of the price gouging that takes place during times of emergency by some companies. My neighbor was told by the technician there was nothing he could do indicating there was a gas problem. He was there for all of 10 minutes. I also never gave this company permission to store my credit card in their company records allowing them to process any charge they wish to at any time without my knowledge or permission. The charge was posted to my credit card five minutes after the technician left the property without my knowledge or permission. This is the way they treat their annual customers. I have informed them to terminate any future business and will dispute this charge with my credit card company. I am also requesting that Chase demand that they remove my credit card information from their company records and to decline any future charges posted by Naples Generator.
