I also liked that I called at 8 am, and by 2:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed. I don't think I received the best "deal" I could get on the water heater. I could have saved some bucks. However, with this installation, I received a 10-year warranty from the company, and they will come out and service the water heater for a small extra amount. My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours. If something in the future causes me to change my opinion, I will update the review.

I had a home maintenance agreement, including plumbing and electric, and they came out several times and we're never able to truly identify the issue. I ended up reaching out to Pro Tec and I'm so glad I did. They immediately responded on a weekend and sent a gentleman who was a master plumber. Not only were they courteous when I called to make the appointment they confirmed it immediately via email, texted me when the tech was on his way along with a copy of his bio and photo, and the young man also called me to confirm he was on his way. Jordan patiently listened to the experience that I had been having did a comprehensive overview of the situation both inside my unit and outside at the drain sites and was finally able to determine the root cause of my problem. All of this was done within one hour. My experience with this firm was flawless, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with an air-conditioning issue or any type of plumbing issue. It was well worth the weekend service call fee.

An acquaintance who performs inspections reviewed the end work product within seven days of completion. As a result, we never allowed a representative of Hoosier to set foot in the residence again. We live in a large home/condominium community; neighbors and off-site friends visited and viewed their work. It didn't take experts in construction to recognize multiple deficiencies. Ultimately, by our own tireless efforts through other means, within days we were made whole on this repair installation project. The rework was sourced out and properly performed by another long-standing, reputable, area contractor. We were extremely lucky in nullifying our losses with Hoosier. Buyer beware.

Where do I start?  We were really, really disappointed with Brandon and his business, Johns…read moreComplete Remodeling.  Brandon was 2.5 hours late for the first day of a small bathroom remodeling (refresh) job in a rental house we own.  Per his own words, he said it was "1-2-3 job".  All that we needed to have done was to have some tile taken down and replaced.  The job dragged on for 8 days (not a typo).  Brandon also promised to show up at a certain time (which we agreed upon together) and then would show up whenever he wanted to.  Brandon would work maybe an hour and a half and then leave for the day.  The home was left a mess (actually a disaster).  Broken tile was everywhere, grout and mortar both dried and still in powder form strewn about the floors and walls.  Then trying to get hold of him was another issue, he doesn't answer his phone after he has gotten the job and knows your number and when you text, you are really lucky to get a return text in less than two hours.  On the final day of the job, he proclaimed the job was done.  He left a piece of broken floor molding glued to the floor and when I went to turn on the shower it would not turn off, I thought he may have tested it, but he didn't.  I texted him about that issue, he did return the text (but not punctually).  In fact, he said he was going to eat dinner and then return to the jobsite.  He finally showed up about two hours later - meanwhile the water was just gushing out.  Then when the tenants returned home, they discovered that he and his workers used the bathroom but didn't bother to flush the toilet for 8 days!!!  We gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid him.  That evening we discovered that the caulk and grout he used in the project had run and made a huge mess in the bathtub.  I contacted him about this three times and he has yet to return my messages.  I guess once he gets paid, he's out of there.  So much for customer service and pride in the job he just did. Overall, I give Brandon an "F".  Brandon is lazy, chronically hours late to the job site, stays maybe 90 minutes (if you are lucky) on the job site then leaves for the day and makes a huge mess for the customer to clean up on a daily basis.  I would NOT recommend him or his "company" Johns Complete Remodeling unless you are looking for a headache, mess and a never ending job.  Save yourself grief and hire anyone else.
