Well as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. The hack job of an install left no doubts that I needed the help of Jones AC. I called Jones AC and spoke to Tina, she immediately scheduled a service call to diagnose the issue and repair the problem. Joseph the technician installed a hard start kit but the initial problem continued. Fast forward a week and I have David and his electrician Bill working on the problem. My panel had some issues as well! Austin meticulously worked his way to the root of the problem while explaining the issues he found along the way. I think this is a disgruntle employee and there is more behind the story. I just had a Tesla charger put in my garage by Eric's Electrical Service. I must say from the first phone call to the next (I had to reschedule) the staff was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I think it was Niki that I spoke with (sorry if I messed up on that name). I was scheduled for 8 am - 8:30 am and Will showed up right at 8 am. He helped me move a few things around in the garage and went to work. He was done in 45 minutes. He was polite, knew what he needed to do and cheerful.. He even helped me move things back. William came out and saw what the problem was that the wiring had been done all improperly not only affected the switches in the home but the outlets as well within a few hours he had fixed all of the work that was involved and did extra that needed to be completed. His workmanship is top quality he tries to leave his work area needs he picks up after himself other than just a few residual pieces of dust and debris. He doesn't try to rush his work even though he came at the end of the day from another job he was very helpful and concerned about the house and the safety of the electrical systems. I finally needed a new air conditioner, and this company came highly recommended. I got quotes…read morefrom 2 big a/c companies and then I called HomePros. They were over $1000 less than the cheapest big company. I told them that the price was really much lower, what hidden costs will there be? Nope, the price quoted was the all in price, I spoke with Alex and he just explained that they don't believe in price gouging. Great, well the installation crew was professional, shout out to Adrian for an exceptional install. Since the install, I had a couple of things happen, the first was a vibration in the outside unit, which is right outside my bedroom window. They came out the next day, repositioned the vibration pads and it hummed silently. The new unit is a heat pump and runs so quietly, thanks for the recommendation Alex. Finally with the cold weather I needed the heat. There was a problem with the wiring from the factory in the unit. They again came out the next day, but It was a head scratcher, so the owner of the company, Tyler Voss came out to troubleshoot. He isolated the problem, ordered the replacement board had it in 2 days and now my family is now nice and cozy. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys are really hard workers and did I mention beat the price on the big companies that spend for all of the advertising. More service companies in Florida should take the lead from these guys!
