Chloe greeted me as soon as I walked through the door with a large tile in my hand... she said "I know the exact match for that tile"! She was right! Not only was she wonderfully personable, she was very efficient, animated, beautiful and knew/knows her job very well. She also came across as if she loves her job. She went out of her way to show me other options at the same time of picking out a tile for me to take home and match. She never asked me to do any survey or anything, however I said to her and the cashier that I wanted to write a refernce/survey on the incredible service I received. We used the Naples store for a bathroom remodel, products and selection is great. Our designer was good as well, however the contractor she set us up with left little to be desired. I cant believe a company would even hire such. I wrote him a check for cabinets back in October and have yet to hear from him, left numerous calls and emails, in other words he skated with our money, 3200 dollars for cabinets and he took one of the sinks as well, we are seniors both with disabilities. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helped me find a product within my budget that was clearance prices. The original sales person (I believe Tom) was very patient and walked around with me explaining the differences in the LVP products. Nancy helped me when a product caught my eye and got me a great deal on the remainder of their inventory of the product which was just what I needed. Checkout was quick and I appreciated that since I needed to go back to work. I'm extremely happy with how the pickup went minutes ago. Jared was efficient on the computer and personable (even though he told me it was his first day behind the desk, he's usually driving the forklift). Totally impressed by a young woman named Mirabel. From the moment of walking down an aisle we were greeted with a pleasant smile and asked if she could help us. Mirabel listened intently to our project and was most professional in helping us and offered several options of tile for both the shower walls and complimentary tiles for the shower floor. We were impressed by the options and design she suggested. However, her talents went one step further by showing us some floor tiles to use on the bathroom floor, which help to accent the shower area. Then she found a vanity and faucets. Unbelievable, Mirabel called herself a specialist but she is equally talented in design. Outstanding customer service! I would hire this woman for my business in a heartbeat. Each time I chose the option for questions about a product and the line would ring about 20 times or so and then the call would simply cut off. I am very happy with the sale of the tile. I had some trouble with the 3rd party delivery company. I called the store and spoke with the manager. Alex was very repetitive with his response to my problem which was not helpful. He called and left me a message to call the store and ask for him. I was repeatedly hung up on or put on hold never to speak to Alex. He should not be managing a store. He does not put the customer first. read more

Went in on January to buy a tile for my backyard pool area. Canceled my order the next day and they are charging me on a credit I got from them and never used. I'm still being harassed with threatened for something I never purchased. Will never ever go to them again. Been to the store in Fort Myers in person 5 times the manager tells me they will take care of it and no one has taken care of this problem, and it's over5 months. My credit is messed up because of this situation. I've called over 100 times and no one picks up or if they do they hang up the phone without answering the call. Same thing with the Naples store. Their customer service is horrible. All they care about is to make a sale!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES. read more

We purchased a NuCore Performance LVP floor in June of 2023. It was installed over flooring that never had any problem Per their instructions. It was expensive and supposedly not a cheap floor. Not even 6 months later we are having a ton of problems with it. I reached out to the sales girl (who told me to complete a warranty form, btw /she no longer works there). I completed the form with pictures and details. I received an email back with a laundry list of steps to complete in order to get someone to credit us for this awful floor that we installed throughout the house. it stated that once we completed this form it will be "reviewed by the assigned Product Resolution Advocate who will contact you to discuss the next steps, which may include a CUSTOMER COMMISSIONED INSPECTION this is a fee paid by you and is eligible for reimbursement if it is proven to be manufacturing related". They want us to potentially pay more after spending over $7000. Terrible. Don't buy from floor and decor and what ever you do don't bit a NuCore floor. We will complete their 2nd form and see where this goes but this is terrible service. read more
